FBI SWAT Team Raids Home Of Pro-Life Preacher, Arrest Him For Phantom Crime

Through words and deeds, Joe Biden and his illegitimate administration have declared war on the right half of this country and we’re really starting to see the battle plan. A 30-man FBI tactical assault team raided the home of a pro-life preacher to arrest him for something local authorities didn’t consider a crime at all.

Mark Houck is the founder and president of a group called The King’s Men, which treats victims of pornography and teaches Christian values. Every Wednesday, he drives two hours to Philadelphia to sidewalk counsel outside of abortion clinics.

Last October, Houck took his eldest son, who was 12 at the time, with him and one of the abortion clinic volunteers started saying nasty things to the boy like “You’re dad is a fag” and other such vulgarities. At one point, the foul-mouthed volunteer went after the child physically and Houck intervened, pushing the asshole to the ground.

The Philadelphia police saw no reason to charge either man with a crime so the volunteer filed a lawsuit against Houck, which was tossed out by a judge.

This was a nothing incident until Joe Biden’s Justice Department got involved. LifeSiteNews reports that on Friday morning, 30 FBI agents in SWAT gear, raided Houck’s rural home, arresting him for that thing no other law enforcement agency or judge gave a shit about.

According to Houck’s wife, the FBI agents pointed guns at their 7 children and took Houck into custody without showing a warrant.

The FBI did have a warrant and according to a DoJ release, they arrested him under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.

The DoJ says that by pushing an abortion clinic volunteer, Houck has committed a federal offense.

“Assault is always a serious offense, and under the FACE Act, if the victim is targeted because of their association with a reproductive healthcare clinic, it is a federal crime. Our Office and the Department of Justice are committed to prosecuting crimes which threaten the safety and rights of all individuals,” said U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero.

“Put simply, violence is never the answer. Violating the FACE Act by committing a physical assault is a serious crime for which the FBI will work to hold offenders accountable,” said FBI Special Agent in Charge Jacqueline Maguire.

The DoJ sure has a lot of bitchy Jacquelines, don’t they?

If Convicted, Houck faces 11 years in prison and a $350,000 fine.

Now here’s the kicker, this is what the FACE Act actually protects against:

1 – The use of physical force, threat of physical force, or physical obstruction to intentionally injure, intimidate, interfere with or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person who is obtaining an abortion.

2 – The use of physical force, threat of physical force, or physical obstruction to intentionally injure, intimidate, interfere with or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person who is exercising or trying to exercise their First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship.

3 – The intentional damage or destruction of a reproductive health care facility or a place of worship.

That’s it. This volunteer wasn’t trying to get an abortion, he certainly wasn’t preaching the Gospel, and Houck didn’t damage or vandalize the abortion clinic. Also, there was no injury, nor an intent to injure.

The FBI raided the home of a man who didn’t commit a crime for not violating the FACE Act, which pretty well sums up Biden’s war against the right.

And while we’re on the subject, how come the FBI isn’t going after the pro-abortion activists who have been vandalizing, burning, and destroying churches and Christian birthing centers using the FACE Act? One of the DoJ Jacqulines said they protect everyone’s rights, but clearly that’s not true.

This is Joe Biden telling half the country that if they do not comply with his unAmerican anti-Christian agenda, he’s going to send his shock troops to take them down. How many more of these until the people start fighting back?
