Does Joe Biden know something we don’t? Let me rephrase that: Do Biden’s handlers know something we don’t? The Department of Health and Human Services just bought $290 million worth of drugs used for treatment in radiological and nuclear emergencies. Seems like Joe is preparing for a nuclear war, don’t it?
Here’s something from the HHS website that seems newsworthy:
HHS purchases drug for use in radiological and nuclear emergencies
As part of long-standing, ongoing efforts to be better prepared to save lives following radiological and nuclear emergencies, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is purchasing a supply of the drug Nplate from Amgen USA Inc; Nplate is approved to treat blood cell injuries that accompany acute radiation syndrome in adult and pediatric patients (ARS).
Amgen, based in Thousands Oaks, California, developed Nplate for ARS with support from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), part of the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), as well as the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health.
BARDA is using its authority provided under the 2004 Project Bioshield Act and $290 million in Project BioShield designated funding to purchase this supply of the drug.
So this money was available since 2004 to buy this drug but HHS is only doing it now? Is there something going on in the world, like Vladimir Putin threatening to use nuclear weapons, that may have inspired this purchase?
Just in case you are wondering, this drug has no other use than to treat sickness resulting from high doses of radiation. That’s not something that would happen to the general population unless there were a nuclear explosion. Read into this what you want, but it really looks like the Biden administration is preparing for nuclear war.
In fact, HHS says they made this purchase so the drug, “can be rotated into the commercial market for rapid use.”
Not only is this scary, it’s scary stupid. Looking over what HHS wrote, they financed Amgen’s research into creating this drug and then are buying it from them for $290 million. Ever since he pass the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act, Joe Biden has been bragging, “we beat Big Pharma.” It certainly seems like Big Pharma won this round.
Joe Biden’s weakness and lack of foreign policy skill is the reason why Russia invaded Ukraine in the first place. Biden’s insistence on propping up Ukraine with billions of our dollars has antagonized Putin to the point where he’s threatening to use nukes.
The other scary stupid thing about this is that the White House is saying that rather than any kind of sane foreign policy or detente, they’re stocking up on radiation sickness drugs for when the nukes start flying.
Among the many things liberals freaked out over during Donald Trump’s presidency was the insistence that he was leading us into a nuclear war. The reality was, there was a massive outbreak of world peace when Trump was running the show. Now that Biden is occupying the White House, we’re literally on the brink of nuclear annihilation and liberals don’t seem to give a shit.
Exterminating all life on this planet with a global thermonuclear war is only bad when Republicans do it.
