To be honest, I’ve always kind of liked Tulsi Gabbard. She’s a vet, easy on the eyes, surfs, and doesn’t toe the wacko leftist democratic party line. Now I like her even more because she absolutely shredded the democrats as woke warmongers in an announcement that she’s leaving the party. The only question is, what took her so long?
Serial loser Hillary Clinton once tried to portray Tulsi Gabbard as a Russian asset and not one of her fellow democrats stood up to defend her. Still, that wasn’t enough for her to leave the party but the BLM/Antifa/Defund the Police/LGBT grooming/CRT/open borders/reckless spending/socialist/warmongering behemoth the democrats have become is too much for her:

I love every bit of this but there is one thing I find puzzling: Who are these “independent-minded Democrats” of which she speaks? Being a democrat means being of the hive-mind and parroting the party talking points. There are no more moderate democrats, just wacko leftists democrats and leftist whacko democrats.
In leaving the democratic party, Gabbard didn’t say if she’s going to the Republicans or becoming an Independent but that doesn’t matter. The important thing is that she has finally escaped the Cult of Woke. She’ll probably need some intensive deprogramming and therapy before she’s ready to declare a new party affiliation.
Also, it would have been better if she had done this while she was still a member of the House of Representatives. Even so, the democrats losing Gabbard while picking up Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger is the worst trade since the Indians swapped Manhattan for a handful of beads.
Naturally, the liberal media response isn’t to focus on the reasons why Tulsi Gabbard has left the democratic party. They are more focused on accusing her of being fake democrat, Russian, asset, and secret Trump supporter. Again, this is a perfect example of why she is putting all the liberal bullshit in her rearview mirror.
