Procedures that involved handing out chemicals to children and doing body mutilation surgeries have cost taxpayers in Pennsylvania nearly $17 million in recent years, according to a new report.

The findings from the Pennsylvania Family Institute were outlined in a report in the Daily Wire.
The organization filed a right-to-know case with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and discovered that since 2015, more than $16.7 million tax dollars have been handed over for puberty-blocking drugs, cross-sex hormones and those surgeries that disfigure healthy body parts and leave the victims likely sterile for life.
Emily Kreps, of the institute, said:
When Gov. [Tom] Wolf took office, he unilaterally changed state policy to cover things like double mastectomies to remove healthy breasts from minor girls and irreversible experimental hormones for children.
The same drugs used to chemically castrate convicted sex offenders are being funded by tax dollars for minors.
This type of ‘care’ is happening right now at major institutions like CHOP, Penn State Health and UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh—especially to children in foster care.
In 2015 when Wolf took office, he named Rachel Levine, a man who dresses as a woman, as the state’s physician general.
How can we forget, Levine later was appointed by Joe Biden to a federal post.
While in Pennsylvania, he worked to make sure insurance companies paid for what leftists now call “gender-affirming” care.
The result is that from 2015 to 2021, Pennsylvania saw a nearly 5000% increase in spending on “gender-affirming” care for minors under 18.
From about $78,000 in that first year, the costs grew to $1.8 million in 2018 and nearly $4 million in 2021.
The institute noted that from the beginning of 2022 to October 21, the state spent $3.7 million on medical “interventions” for minors.

A young Pennsylvania woman named KC Miller had a viral video on Twitter describing the significant hair loss and receding hairline she now has after five years of taking testosterone.
Miller adopted a transgender identity at 16 and was referred to a local gender clinic by CHOP, where she was prescribed the hormone just after her 17th birthday.
Only six months after the injections started, she received a double mastectomy to remove her breasts.
At age 21, she announced that she wanted to detransition after realizing that ‘social contagion’ greatly influenced her initial decision.
Final thoughts: So many innocent lives terribly altered by the insanity of transgenderism. Young people, children are questioning and confused because they are young and ignorant. They need intelligent guidance and direction not to be sucked into the mad, grotesque world of sexual mutilation and gender transformation.
The evil, insane, abusive animals behind these gruesome attacks on young human beings MUST be stopped and made to face the consequences of their actions—every damn one of them all the way down to the mentally ill family members and care givers allowing this to be done.
However, sadly, untold numbers more of young and confused will be forever physically and mentally altered before this terror is ended.
