With earthquakes, wildfires, high crime, high taxes, high cost of living, low freedom, homelessness, and illegal aliens, California is already pretty horrible. The Golden State’s governor, Gavin Newsom, however thinks there’s room to make it worse as, under his watch, pedophiles are released en masse after serving less than a year in prison.

Pedophiles are getting less than a year prison time after a range of horrific acts, including raping kids under 14, a DailyMail.com investigation reveals.
Analysis of a California database of sex offenders shows thousands of child molesters are being let out after just a few months, despite sentencing guidelines.
More than 7,000 sex offenders were convicted of ‘lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age’ but were let out of prison the same year they were incarcerated, data from the California Megan’s Law database says.
Others who committed some of the worst child sex crimes on the statute books served similarly short sentences, including 365 pedophiles convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child who spent less than 12 months in prison, 39 cases of sodomy with a child under 16, and three cases of kidnapping a child under 14 ‘with intent to commit lewd or lascivious acts’, according to the data.
“Statistics clearly show that pedophiles don’t get reformed. They’re going to come out and they’re going to commit again. Letting these people out early, we’re allowing for a lot more victimization. And that’s terrifying,” said former Los Angeles sex crimes prosecutor Samuel Dordulian.
40% of child molesters will reoffend within one year of being released from prison. Since California isn’t putting these scumbags away for even a year, they are really speeding up the process.
Seriously, the state has created system that more or less green-lights child molestation:
California’s Megan’s Law website, www.meganslaw.ca.gov, allows anyone to search for sex offenders, with details including name, age, residence, offenses, their mugshot, and the dates they were last convicted and released from prison.
DailyMail.com compiled the data of the 54,986 sex offenders who were listed on the website in July 2019 and analyzed the results.
It showed 41,794 (76%) committed offenses involving children.
DailyMail.com compared the published dates of these pedophiles’ convictions versus the year they were released from prison according to the Megan’s Law database.
The results showed that the average pedophile served two years and 10 months in prison.
The sentence for sexual abuse of a child in California is 16 years per count. Since of these Cali pedophiles are multiple offenders, they should be in jail for decades, not months. The actual sentence should be castration followed by a prison beating death, but they should at least be put away until they’re old and gray.
California encourages illegal immigration by being a sanctuary state that gives generous benefits and driver’s licenses to border jumpers.
The state encourages homelessness by allowing public camping, public defecation, public drug use, and handing out weekly stipends. People actually move to California to be street scum.
California encourages crime by ignoring many offenses and refusing to prosecute most cases, especially if they involve minorities.
And now to top things off, the state is encouraging child molestation by only given hard-core pedophiles a slap on the wrist for horrific crimes.
But hey, at least California is still sticking it to law-abiding gun owners, home and business owners, and gainfully employed people, so it’s not like they’re doing nothing.
