Repeatedly, the Obiden Regime has faced and ignored legal hurdles related to the ongoing border crisis.
This from thepatriotjournal.com.
Southern state leaders have leveled numerous lawsuits at the federal government, claiming The Regime hasn’t upheld existing immigration law.
Consequently, this disregard for the law has led to record-breaking surges at the southern border.
Now, a federal judge agreed in one case—and struck down an Obiden policy.
In September of 2021, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody hit the Obiden Regime with a lawsuit, accusing the federal government of illegally allowing the mass release of undocumented migrants in the U.S.
Many of those migrants wound up in Florida, and Moody alleged that this entire issue violates Congressional law.
The law mandates detention upon entry and is quite clear in its wording.
And the judge presiding over this case saw it the same way, and added some harsh words for the Obiden Regime.
Via The Daily Caller:
A federal judge has struck down [an Obiden Regime] immigration policy that allows the release of illegal aliens at the border, saying it ‘effectively turned the Southwest Border into a meaningless line in the sand.’
The policy, he said, turns the border into ‘little more than a speedbump’ for aliens flooding into the country by prioritizing ‘alternatives to detention’ over actual detention and by releasing more than a million aliens into the country…
Judge T. Kent Wetherell ruled in favor of Florida and found the Parole and Alternative to Detention (Parole + ATD) policy is, in fact, illegal.
“Wetherell added that the ‘unprecedented surge of aliens’ that began the
instant Biden took office ‘has continued unabated over the past two years.'”
On top of that, the judge said there’s evidence to show that over 100,000 illegal immigrants wound up in Florida, which has caused financial and stability problems for the state (as it does for the entire country).
In response to the ruling, Moody replied:
Today’s ruling affirms what we have known all along, [the Obiden Regime] is responsible for the border crisis and his unlawful immigration policies make this country less safe.
A federal judge is now ordering [The Regime] to follow the law, and his administration should immediately begin securing the border to protect the American people.
This will be widely viewed among Republicans and Conservatives as a significant victory in the battle for our national security.
The Regime has 7 days to appeal this ruling.
With over one million illegal aliens having flooded into the country in 2022 and more anticipated in 2023, with record-shattering weeks and months, there’s seems to be absolutely no border control at all.
This simply cannot be allowed to continue—and at least one judge has pushed back against The Regime.
Final thoughts: This is a great decision for We the People and for our disappearing Constitutional Republic.
Now, what are the odds The Regime will adhere to the Judge’s order? Afterall, what recourse does the judiciary have?
