Every aspect of Joe Biden’s life is a fantasy. Because of his dementia, he’s detached from reality and due to his status as a lying sack of crap, everything out of his mouth is bullshit. He’s latest tall tale involves him claiming that he’s supported gay marriage since he was in high school, despite his 50 years of public opposition as a politician.
Biden did an interview with Kan Penn, Kumar for the Harold and Kumar films, and was asked when he first started supporting gay marriage.
Biden: “I can remember exactly when my epiphany [on supporting gay marriage] was … I was a senior in high school. And my dad was dropping me off and I remember I was about to get out of the car and I looked to my right and two well-dressed men in suits kissed each other.” pic.twitter.com/0aHlUQ7ghJ

“I’m curious what your evolution was like on marriage equality and what the federal government might be able to do to protect LGBTQ Americans, especially trans kids who are dealing with all of these regressive state laws that are popping up right now?” Penn asked.
“I can remember exactly where my epiphany was. Hadn’t thought much about it to tell you the truth,” started Biden.
The answer is already a lie because he’s told this fake story before and even included it in his book.
“I was a senior in high school and my dad was dropping me off, and I remember about to get out of the car and I look to my right and two well-dressed men in suits kissed each other. I mean like gave each other a kiss. And then one went, looked like he was heading into the Dupont building, one looked like he was headed to the Hercules corporation building,” said Biden.
Joe Biden was in high school from 1957 to 1961. What are the chances that two men would be making out on a corner in Claymont, Delaware in that year? Also, how likely does it seem that these two would risk their corporate positions with a public display of homosexuality, which was illegal at the time? And for the record, the Hercules Plaza, in Wilmington, was built in 1984 and is about a mile away from the Dupont building.
Somehow, this answer became more full of shit:
“And I’ll never forget it, I turned and looked at my dad and he said ‘Joey, it’s simple. They love each other.’ It’s simple. No, I’m not joking. It’s simple, they love each other. And it’s never been, it’s never been, it’s just that simple, it doesn’t matter whether it’s same-sex or a heterosexual couple, you should be able to be married. So what is the problem?” Biden said.
Biden had a strict catholic dad, who was somehow totally accepting of gay guys sucking face on the street in the late 1950s? Sounds a little far-fetched.
Despite Joe’s claim that he’s been a big supporter of gay marriage since high school, his record as a politician says differently. In 1973, then-Senator Bide said he thought homosexuals in the military were a security risk. In the 90s, Biden voted for the Defense of Marriage Act as well as supported a measure that would defund schools for promoting homosexuality.
“Look, marriage is between a man and a woman, and states must respect that,” said Biden in 2006. “Marriage is between a man and a woman.”
During the 2008 vice-presidential debate against Sarah Palin, Biden proclaimed, “Barack Obama nor I support redefining from a civil side what constitutes marriage.”
50 years after Joe claims he supported gay marriage, he was still against it. And, if you are keeping track at home, Biden was a gay Puerto Rican Polish Italian black kid who worked tirelessly to desegregate the South.
