Three small business owners are part of a lawsuit filed against a federal agency of the Obiden Regime that has been supporting minority-owned businesses, while allegedly not following the Constitution in providing equal treatment under the law.

The lawsuit was filed by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) on behalf of Jeffrey Nuziard, Matthew Piper, and Christian Brucker against the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), which helped:
[M]inority business enterprises (MBEs) owned and operated by African Americans, Asian Americans, Hasidic Jews, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, and Pacific Islanders.
The agency was created in the 1960s through a presidential authority, however, its power was permanently authorized and expanded with the Infrastructure Act in 2021. And the lawsuit claims the Obiden “build back better” has meant Whites need not apply.
The three plaintiffs have tried to get the support of MDBA for their
businesses, but they have not been allowed to because of their race.
Christian Bruckner, is a Romanian immigrant to the United States and the owner of a contracting company in Florida. He had originally sought federal assistance through the MDBA but had been rejected because:
[T]he agency is focused on people of ethnic minority.
From there the MDBA redirected him to a private company that would require compensation for their support.
He noted that when he had come to the U.S. in the 1970s he had thought that this was the freest nation on earth.
Jeffrey Nuziard is a U.S. Army veteran from the Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area which currently owns and operates Sexual Wellness Centers of Texas in two separate locations.
Nuziard was also unable to access an MBDA grant because of his race.
The third plaintiff Matthew Piper owns an architecture agency in Wisconsin.
[He] was also rejected from the MBDA because of his race.
Final thoughts: There ought to be Congressional involvement in this systematic discrimination/prejudice/racism. This is unconstitutional and each lawmaker swore an oath to uphold the constitution.
No doubt, Conservatism will address this glaring problem upon their return. RINOs and communists/globalists no longer honor their oaths and—as racist as this may seem—they no longer represent White American Citizens.
