This may be the worst piece of pro-Joe propaganda yet, with the expressed purpose of making it seem like Biden has any marbles left.
This masterpiece of fake news from Axios starts out with something they think will shock people:

Anyone who has been paying attention to Joe Biden for the past million years knows that he’s full-time asshole and doesn’t try to hide it. He has a quick temper and triggering it is as easy as asking him a relevant question. Asking him about his record, his failures, or his scumbag son is all it takes to get him to snap.
People may be wondering why Axios, as a member of the democratic party’s propaganda machine, would publish something that portrays Joe Biden negatively.
