Mexico’s armed forces are taking control of the capital’s main airport, and the government plans to give the military control of nearly a dozen more across the country as the president takes aim at corruption and mismanagement.
Is this the roll-out of a limited martial law? Is this what America’s limited martial law roll-out will look like?
This from westernjournal.com.
President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has been setting the armed forces to a wide range of nontraditional tasks since he was elected in 2018, creating concerns about the separation of the military from civilian life.
A new airport was built by the army outside Mexico City a year ago at a cost of $4.1 billion. It is run by the military but little used. López Obrador says the old airport, the country’s busiest, will be run by the navy.
The navy took charge of security at Mexico City International Airport, or Benito Juárez, more than a year ago. It will soon have control of everything else, from customs and immigration to handling luggage and cleaning restrooms, with the imminent publication of a presidential order to make that official.
The list of problems at Mexico City Airport has long included major drug shipments and illegal migration. Infrastructure was in disrepair, and a number of close calls were reported on the runways in recent years as the airport increasingly had trouble handling flights.
The airport also had a reputation for stolen luggage, mismanaged airline schedules, business without contracts and corruption.
Meanwhile, López Obrador has gone to the armed forces for help throughout his term, giving them some immigration duties and control of ports and customs.
They are also building major infrastructure projects such as a tourist train through the Yucatan Peninsula and a new airport in the same area. They even run plant nurseries and tourist trips to a former penal colony.

Switching countries—how does this relate to the United States of America? Well, consider military involvement on a minute scale gradually being expanded into a limited martial law.
And what is limited martial law? Def-Con News readers, a quick synopsis of what a limited martial law may entail and what our beloved country may be undergoing is in order.
We the People have ‘transitioned’—to use a word made hateful by BHO—from being annoyed with our government to the point of beginning to resist our government. Red state governors, veterans, and average everyday citizens in red and blue states from all walks of life have begun to resist the tyrannical and egregious violations of our United States Constitution.
Keep in mind—and for many this is a far stretch for which to reach—Biden and Obama’s third-term Regime of actors behind the screen are not in full control. In fact, they are losing more and more control by the day. For example, recall recently how poorly representatives of the Regime had been received by world leaders or not received at all—requests to enter other countries sometimes denied.
Any police state crackdown or military assumption of security and control will not be under the control of The Regime or any other entity from within the communist/globalist cabal. Which is why such action has not yet taken place. What the “White Hats” are waiting for is We the People to reach a degree of frustration and a high enough percentage of those desiring and accepting of military involvement. And, I believe, that threshold has nearly been reached.
The establishment of “Police State America” will be to arrest the perpetrators of the unsuccessful coup d’etat, eliminate all mass propaganda media opposition, return law and order to our cities, round-up and remove all illegal aliens, perform various actions to lower the current rate of inflation, and return America to self-sufficiency by voiding each and every one of the Obiden Executive Orders. And President Trump—who IS our Commander in Chief and who will resume his rightful position as President until emergency elections are held—will release every Executive Order he has been promising with the intent to end every Obiden Regime evil from anti-gun un-constitutionalism to wokeism.
NOTE: Once Biden and Harris are arrested, next in line constitutionally—if we grant any semblance of legitimacy to the 2020 elections—will be the Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy. He may assume an interim presidency, but this is not a certainty. We can be assured that if he does assume the helm of leadership, he will be kept on a short leash by President Trump.
Further, I have been encouraged to believe the Supreme Court has ruled on the Brunson case and their decision is being kept very close hold. If the High Court has reached a ruling and if they have ruled in favor of the Bruson brothers—which is highly likely—we can expect 300-plus members of Congress to be removed and perhaps taken into custody along with Mike Pence. If this is to be done, this point in martial law would be an appropriate time to release the High Court decision.
I do not believe the function of the military in this limited martial law will be “to subjugate the populace and stamp out any remaining vestiges of Constitutional liberties.” And We the People can likely expect three stages of martial law roll-out:
– Stage one of limited martial law will be arrests of the coup d’etat perpetrators and members of Congress pursuant to the Brunson case. There may be a gradual roll-out of government controls, the Biden EOs will be negated and new EOs enacted. Our borders may be sealed—to the greatest degree possible. Rounding up illegals for deportation may begin.
– In Stage two, limited martial law implementation will become obvious to all citizens “except for the ones who invoke cognitive dissonance as a psychological coping mechanism.” There will be some restrictions on travel and free speech, as well as the right to assemble and to air grievances against the government. This being a limited martial law, I do not believe private property will be confiscated and there will not be an attempt to collect our guns.
– Stage three of martial law will consist of bringing America back to world power status, to include fuel and agriculture self-sufficiency and elimination of all the evils enacted by the Obiden communist/globalist regime.
Now, back to Mexico’s gradual roll-out of limited martial law, which may very well be an example of what We the People will experience:
In a recent interview, Rear Adm. Carlos Velázquez Tiscareño, the airport’s 73-year-old director, said:
The airport, which is used by some 4 million travelers each month, will be a company within a naval military entity.
But, he said:
[T]his is not going to look like a military department.
Velázquez Tiscareño, himself a retired pilot, said:
There are various airports in the country that have had big problems for many years, and they had to be fixed.
Velázquez Tiscareño said:
In the past year, the navy’s security oversight has shut down some illegal business inside the airport, improved inspections and reduced stolen luggage.
Some airport workers confirm that but note too that complaints about flight delays continue.
José Beltrán, 72, who picks up trash at the airport, said:
The navy has put things under greater control, but now we need to see how they’re going to work.
Luis Martinez, who’s been working at the airport for 25 years, helping passengers who need wheelchairs, said:
It’s more peaceful, but people have the same complaints: flight delays and problems with luggage.
Rodríguez Garduño said:
Mexican aviation needs more money, more training and inspection regimes, among other measure, to raise its competitiveness on the global stage.
He added that he was not sure if the military could help solve all those problems.
Final thoughts: These are exciting times to be an American and living in America. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else than where I am now.
We may expect the enemy to orchestrate street violence and false flag events, but keep in mind there is light at the end of the tunnel and I am confident it is not the train coming at us.
May God bless America.
