The national disgust with the leftist weaponization of government reached a crescendo following the most recent political indictment of President Trump this week. The Republican and MAGA political parties’ front runner was booked in the Georgia election case and came away with an epic mugshot—one, no doubt, heard ’round the world.
Contrary to what the left hoped they would do with that mug shot, they created an iconic image that Trump is now using for fundraising and to stand against unconstitutional government weaponization. He came back to Twitter—posting the mugshot—in a defiant post.
But there is another aspect to the weaponization of government in addition to taking unprecedented criminal action against political opponents.
There is also the flip side that many think is going on here, as well—the distortion of the rule of law to protect your side.
In the wake of what was happening to Trump in Georgia, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) pointed out in his typical cutting fashion the “privilege” enjoyed by Hunter Biden.
Kennedy said:
‘HunterGate’ is about two things—privilege and sleaze.
He then noted how:
[Joe] Biden and many members of the media [lecture people incessantly about the] injustice of privilege. [But that’s like] being lectured about gun safety by Alec Baldwin.
Kennedy continued:
Hunter Biden is the epitome of privilege.
He asked:
How did Hunter Biden earn all those millions of dollars?
And Kennedy noted:
It wasn’t because he’s so smart, since he turned over his laptop with incriminating information on it to a stranger.
Kennedy inquired:
How smart is it to try to deduct your hookers on your federal income tax?
Did the Ukrainian and Chinese companies pick Mr. Hunter because they were impressed with his resume on Zip Recruiter?
Kennedy continued:
No, it was his daddy. It was always about his daddy.
Hunter Biden is just a vessel. He’s just a lucky sperm.
Kennedy then moved on to his second point, saying that:
[I]f you have any sort of a moral compass, all the sleaze surrounding Hunter Biden and [Joe] Biden and their family has got to make you want to gag.
Kennedy continued:
Now, the official White House line is that [Joe] Biden is just a good family man who talks to six out of his seven grandchildren every day and who’s such a swell daddy that he regularly calls into Hunter’s business meetings to talk about the weather.
Now if you believe that, you will never own your own home.
At a minimum, the evidence brought forth by the House and by Senator Grassley is clarion clear that [Joe] Biden was well aware of what his son was doing.
He aggressively enabled it. And that is sleazy.
Asked ‘What this means for our country?’ Senator Kennedy stated:
To me, it means one of two things.
It can mean ‘justice,’ if the House is allowed to get the truth.
In no universe is this right. I don’t care how you pretty it up.
Or it can mean the In-Justice Department will continue to slow roll this and try to obscure it, but everything has an end and this coverup too can last only so long.
Eventually, Conservatism will return to its former place of prominence and there will then be hell to pay.
Senator Kennedy has summed up Hunter Biden quite well. We the American People get it, too. We see the spin, and we know that’s all it is.
Also, We the American People see through Joe Biden and we are angry enough to spit nails right now.
Not just because the whole damn Obiden Regime is a failure, but because communists/globalists are viciously striving to destroy America. For example—Bidenomics—it is wrong for the nation, we know it is wrong and we know what they are doing but still they are trying to feed us sh*t.
Final thoughts: This House of Cards cannot stand much longer. And the collapse will take down the Obamas and the Clintons as well as the Bidens and everyone else involved in the treasonous plot to steal our beloved country.
