Joe Biden Blames The Gun, Not the Killer In Lewiston Shooting

Robert Card, a deeply disturbed man who was recently institutionalized, shot and killed 18 people in Lewiston, Maine yesterday. Never one to let a good tragedy go to waste, illegitimate president, Joe Biden, is once agin blaming the gun and demanding that Congress obliterate the Constitution by banning imaginary “assault weapons.”

The Lewiston mass shooter, who is still on the loose, is the biggest red flag anyone has ever seen. Robert Card is reportedly a firearms instructor with the National Guard, who started hearing voices telling him to shoot up his military base. He was sent to a mental institution in the summer, but was inexplicably released after only two weeks.

The Daily Beast reports that Card’s sister has said that he was hearing voices, claiming people were insulting him. Apparently, two places that he frequented, Just-In-Time Recreation bowling alley and Schemengees Bar & Grille, are where where he heard these imaginary insults. Those two establishments are also the places where he opened fire.

This is clearly a mental health issue, that should have been stopped by Card’s doctors and family, but Biden blames an inanimate object in his statement on the shooting:

Today, in the wake of yet another tragedy, I urge Republican lawmakers in Congress to fulfill their duty to protect the American people. Work with us to pass a bill banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, to enact universal background checks, to require safe storage of guns, and end immunity from liability for gun manufacturers.

So, ban National Guard firearms instructors from owning guns? Hasn’t he made our military unprepared enough already?

If that statement sounds familiar, it because he says the same thing for every shooting. Here’s what he had to say after the Allen, Texas shooting:

Once again I ask Congress to send me a bill banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Enacting universal background checks. Requiring safe storage. Ending immunity for gun manufacturers.

And the Michigan State shooting:

…Congress must do something and enact commonsense gun law reforms, including requiring background checks on all gun sales, banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, closing loopholes in our background check system, requiring safe storage of guns, and eliminating immunity for gun manufacturers who knowingly put weapons of war on our streets.

East High School shooting:

…it is up toCongress to pass proven measures to reduce gun violence—including universal background checks, a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and a repeal of the liability shield protecting gun manufacturers who knowingly put weapons of war on our streets.

Raleigh, North Carolina shooting:

We must pass an assault weapons ban.

Half Moon Bay, California shooting:

I once again urge both chambers of Congress to act quickly and deliver this Assault Weapons Ban to my desk, and take action to keep American communities, schools, workplaces, and homes safe.

Colorado Springs shooting:

We need to enact an assault weapons ban to get weapons of war off America’s streets.

Granted, not all of these shootings involved a killer using whatever Joe Biden thinks is an ‘assault weapon,” but never once did he blame the assholes who pulled the triggers.

It’s also important to note that in virtually every one of these official statements, Biden bragged about passing gun control laws:

…we have made progress on gun safety through the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, the two dozen executive actions I’ve taken, and the establishment of the first-ever White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention…

If that’s true, why do scumbags keep ignoring the law and shooting people? It’s almost like gun control is pure bullshit in stopping criminals from committed crimes.
