Americans are growing more concerned with the open border issue as wars continue against the country’s allies.
Millions of illegal immigrants have poured into the country through the southern border and The Regime has championed this as a success.

The Regime has even pushed so far with its orders to keep the border wide open that it has started a legal war with southern states. Texas has had enough—its governor and legislature has put in place policies and plans to stop the wave of illegal immigrants. This included barbed wire fences along the Texas-Mexico border.
But The Regime allowed the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs Border Patrol to cut those wires and keep the flow of illegal immigrants going. Now a federal judge has hammered The Regime and its agencies with a direct order.

U.S. Western District of Texas Judge Alia Moses issued a temporary restraining order against DHS and the Border Patrol to prohibit authorities from “disassembling, degrading, tampering” with Texas’s barrier at the border with Mexico.
The court said the only exception is in the event someone has a medical emergency and the only way to help them is getting through the wire barrier. Moses ruled the temporary order will remain in effect pending the outcome of a Nov. 7 hearing in Del Rio requested by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
News photos have shown Border Patrol agents cutting the concertina wire fence near Eagle Pass and letting illegal immigrants walk right into Texas. Paxton sued The Regime last week to block federal agents from cutting, destroying, damaging, or otherwise interfering with Texas’ efforts to stop illegal border crossings.
Paxton said in a statement:
This is illegal. It puts our country and our citizens at risk.
Texas has the sovereign right to construct border barriers to prevent the entry of illegal aliens.
According to Paxton:
[The Regime’s] border agents didn’t just cut the wire.
He told the court on Friday:
[T]he federal government stepped up efforts by dismantling the border razor fence using forklifts and other machinery.
Paxton stated that the courts must put a stop to this or:
[The Regime’s] free-for-all will make this crushing immigration crisis even worse.
The court restraining order comes after the Border Patrol reported the highest single-month total ever recorded for illegal alien encounters at the U.S. southern border in September—a total of 269,735.
That monthly tally closed out Fiscal Year 2023
with a total of 2,475,669 illegal alien encounters—
the highest level recorded in U.S. history.
The Obama/Biden team has been at the helm of a staggering illegal immigration crisis. Numbers of illegal crossings continue to surge every year since Biden assumed the position. In Fiscal Year 2022, authorities recorded 2,378,944 encounters, while Fiscal Year 2021 had 1,734,686 encounters.
The Regime’s efforts to destroy America have produced an almost unimaginable 6,589,299 illegal alien encounters on the southern border in the three fiscal years of its stolen emplacement.
More states MUST step up like Texas to stop The Regime’s open border policy.
