Activist Leftists across America in recent months have been using “lawfare” election strategies, which include removing President Trump’s name from their state ballots.

Incapable of learning from their mistakes, the Left has largely struck out, except for a ruling from four communist/globalist justices on an activist Colorado state Supreme Court that declared Trump is an “insurrectionist,” despite the fact he has never been charged with that crime in court.
Communists/Globalists in the U.S. House accused him of that during one of their failed impeach-and-remove strategies several years ago—Trump was acquitted.
Now, with precedent set, and Biden actually having committed crimes—evidence of treason and insurrection painfully amounts as we live and breathe—the strategy to fight an opposing candidate by demanding his name be removed from the ballot has become a Republican lawfare counter-attack item.
An easy charge of “insurrectionist” is as a result of Joe-Joe’s southern border crisis—he created—and the related charge that he has refused to defend the nation and its border.

Three Republican state lawmakers are drafting legislation to remove Joe Biden from ballots in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.
That would mean Joe-Joe would have “difficulty” winning a communist/globalist primary and a presidential election. Plus, more Red states to follow suit? We the People must expect and demand as much.
The report identified the GOP members reusing the Left’s schemes against them as Rep. Aaron Bernstine of Pennsylvania, Rep. Charlice Byrd of Georgia and Rep. Cory Mcgarr of Arizona.
The report stated:
The state representatives’ aim is to fight back against the [Left’s] so-called ‘lawfare’ used to attack President Trump.
The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in a 4-3 opinion that the United States Constitution’s ‘Insurrection Clause’ blocks Trump from appearing on the state’s presidential ballot.
The lawmakers, in a statement, told the publication:
We are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.
The absurdity of radical [activist] judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades.
By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office.
They added that:
[Communists’/Globalists’] justification [for wanting Trump’s name removed] can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his ‘insurrection’ at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business [bribery and treason] dealings with China.
Final thoughts: The Left is famous for “solving” problems with measures that create larger, more complex problems.
