After months of credible accusations, multiple members of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine (UNRWA), which, of course, is a subsidiary of the United Nations, have been directly implicated in the October 7th attacks carried out by Hamas.
The UNRWA has long existed inside Gaza as an ally to Hamas, whether it involves teaching genocidal antisemitism in its schools or turning a blind eye to aid being used for terrorist gains.
Shortly after October 7th, at least one UNRWA teacher was shown to have held one of the Israeli hostages in his attic. Now, many other employees of the agency have been exposed.
Breaking, from UNRWA:
“The Israeli Authorities have provided UNRWA with information about the alleged involvement of several UNRWA employees in the horrific attacks on Israel on 7 October.
“To protect the Agency’s ability to deliver humanitarian assistance, I have taken the…

The U.S. State Department immediately moved to freeze funding to the UNRWA. That’s a sharp turnaround from the direct defense offered of the UNRWA very recently by The Regime. But why? We can be certain Obama has not had a change of patronage.
Biden State Department spokesman Matt Miller praises UNRWA — which employs Hamas terrorists and terrorist sympathizers, is complicit in storing Hamas weapons, and whose schools teach kids to hate Jews — as "essential" in Gaza pic.twitter.com/7fKpBahM7Q

In response to these latest revelations, Secretary of State Antony Blinken has contacted and demanded the United Nations Secretary-General conduct a swift and thorough investigation of its agency.
Wow. The State Department “has temporarily paused additional funding” to UNRWA amid allegations that 12 of the UN agency’s employees were involved in the Hamas attack, per States spokesman Matt Miller. “Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with United Nations Secretary…

Unfortunately, that’s like asking the fox to investigate who stole the hens. As RedState has reported, the UNRWA is an awful organization that directly provides aid and comfort to Hamas. In early December, a spokesman for the UN agency went on CNN and repeatedly deflected when presented with evidence of malfeasance.
CNN: A survivor of Hamas captivity said he was held hostage by an UNRWA teacher. What's UNRWA's response?
UNRWA: I can speak about the flour that UNRWA delivers.
CNN: Does it bother you that an UNRWA teacher held somebody hostage?
UNRWA: Every bag of flour is cross-referenced. pic.twitter.com/pN4MlIvJGF

On December 1st, the UNRWA released a lengthy statement demanding anyone accusing it of aiding Hamas provide evidence. Well, they now have their evidence, and naturally, the leadership is pretending they knew nothing about what was happening on the ground. No one should believe that.
The United Nations is irredeemable.
There is no reason for the United States to continue supporting the UN. It should be booted out of New York and never given another dime. Yet, We the People must expect that the freeze on funding to the UNRWA will be only temporary. Certainly, the United Nations is not going to take responsibility for what occurred.
There should be no role for the UNRWA
or any UN entity in Gaza once the war ends.
Israel should make that clear. To allow the continued proliferation of terrorism under the guise of “refugee” assistance would be self-destructive. That Israel likely cannot count on the United States to stand behind them on that front is truly a disgrace.
God speed to the IDF, despite the current malfeasance in U.S. government.
