A three-time convicted felon has once again been released following a recent incident on the Las Vegas Strip.

Jesus Ponce was arrested on Sunday, February 4 near The Cromwell following reports that he was trespassing.
According to an arrest report:
[A]s officers began to approach Ponce, he went up to a pedestrian, confronting him unprovoked while yelling obscenities.
Officers quickly tried to place him under arrest when he began tensing up his body and kicking towards one of them. Ponce also made several threats to the officers, including stating he would shoot one of them.
He continued saying things like:
I’ll kill all of you pigs, All of you will pay for this, all of you will die, and I’ll get out tomorrow and just you wait, along with other threats that include multiple obscenities.
Authorities stated in the police report that while in the care of corrections officers and medical staff, Ponce made additional comments along the lines of:
[E]veryone in this city needs to die, I’ll be released tomorrow, and everyone will go [by chemical warfare], and My entire family is military and you will all pay.
The report notes that the arrest and removal from the Las Vegas Strip came days before the high-profile, and highly publicized Super Bowl event is set to take place at Allegiant Stadium.
Ponce’s criminal history shows that he is a three-time convicted person with 76 prior arrests and eight trespassing violations from Caesar’s properties in the last 24 months. He was convicted of arson three times in July 2023, January 2020, and July 2019.
Despite all events, he continues to be let out of the Clark County Detention Center, having been released on February 5 for the arrest at The Cromwell the day before.

Information like this may save lives—it will, certainly, deter some from a trip to Vegas. What is the elected leadership in Las Vegas and Nevada thinking? Has Nevada filled up with mentally ill ex-California voters? Dumb ass liberals don’t realize a symptom of their mental illness is their cultural/societal suicide.
