Another Trump Primary Victory Speech—Nevada This Time—But Some Believe This Is Merely for Show

The Primary merely for show? The claim is the communist/globalist crime syndicate has no choice but to create a distraction sufficient enough to postpone the November 2024 presidential elections.

This from usatoday.com.

There have been conversations about calling off the presidential elections in the U.S. But there are others who say this is not possible—that the elections can be delayed but not cancelled.

Recently, captions to a Spanish language news clip read:

There is more and more talk about a possible cancellation of the elections in the United States this year.

How do you see the possibility that, like Ukraine, the elections in the United States will be canceled?

Isabel C. Morales a Spanish Fact Check reporter has stated on USA TODAY that cancelling the 2024 U.S. presidential election is not possible.

But why not?

Let’s examine whether the talk about the 2024 presidential election being called off is credible.

The Constitution does not mention any provisions about the option to cancel federal elections. No U.S. presidential election has ever been canceled.

According to the National Constitution Center:

Article II of the Constitution grants Congress the power to choose the timing of the general election.

In 1845, Congress established this would occur on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November every fourth year—a date which has served as Election Day since.

The Constitution also mandates that the outgoing president and vice president’s terms end on Jan. 20 at noon and that the president and vice president will have terms of four years, members of the House of Representatives two years and senators six years.

According to a 2020 report from the Congressional Research Service:

[T]here is no way to cancel elections outright.

Further:

It states there is no legal provision in the Constitution that allows an outgoing president to stay in office after Jan. 20, outside of the ratification of a new constitutional amendment.

The report states that the presidential election date has never been delayed in American history.

Juan-Carlos Planas, adjunct professor of law at St. Thomas University, has stated:

It is impossible to cancel an election. The presidential election is handled by the 50 states and the District of Columbia, and they all run separately and independently of each other.

Could you postpone or extend the voting on the last day? Yes, but even under emergency situations, there are things in place that would make it so you don’t have to cancel the election.

Fact Check:

Trump, Lincoln ballot comparison ‘doesn’t hold water,’ experts say.

According to a CRS report:

Congress would need to enact a new law (one approved by both chambers of Congress) to delay Election Day since neither Congress nor the Constitution grants this power to the president or any other federal officials.

In a victory speech that could not match the intensity and ire of New Hampshire, President Trump celebrated a fourth consecutive landslide victory late Thursday night in Nevada’s caucus.

Trump told his Nevada caucus victory crowd, pointing to a key battleground state he will need to beat Joe Biden in the general election:

This has been a tremendous day, and, you know, if we win the state, we easily win the election of November. We have to win the election.

Further:

If we win the state of Nevada, it’s over for them, and our country’s going to be better, greater, bigger, more beautiful than ever before.

Boasting high voter “enthusiasm” and a record turnout, Trump said:

They had lines going back, and they sort of knew who was going to win. You get 98%.

We want to get over 80%, and we got 98.

Trump is now 4-0, having won Iowa and New Hampshire before winning the U.S. Virgin Islands and Nevada on Thursday night.

He warned:

If this election is not won by us, we’re not going to have a country.

And you know great countries are all about—a lot of things—but two things in particular: You have to have strong borders and you have to have free, fair, and honest elections. And we don’t have either, and we’re going to have them back.

Trump continued:

This was a great day, a great night: Our Supreme Court will hopefully be doing something in helping our country and preserving democracy.

Trump even joked he is ready to take on Biden now and get to work making America great again.

We’re going to make our country great again. We’re going to make it greater than ever before.

Final thoughts: Contrary to the opinions and legalese above, many are concerned the November 2024 presidential elections will be postponed or perhaps cancelled altogether. Yes, this would be against the U.S. Constitution, but the communist/globalist crime syndicate has so far demonstrated they do not adhere to the U.S. Constitution.

God speed to Conservatism and to the Take Back of our Constitutional Republic.
