Trump Scores Huge Court Victory—This Will Have Every Swamp Dweller Seething

Communists/Globalists have been celebrating since President Trump was convicted in a New York criminal case that was rigged.

The Left do not care about the details of how the conviction was achieved—what they want is to “get Trump.”

This from thepatriotjournal.com.

That conviction will most likely not hold up on appeal to the highest court in the land, which is not influenced by judges who donate to communist/globalist candidates. But Trump still faces other criminal trials, though, he has gained a win here.

Trump has faced off with an aggressive liberal prosecutor in Georgia who wants Trump out of contention for the presidency. Her case has been interrupted by charges that she is not fit to try the case.

From Fox News:

In a major setback to the Fulton County District Attorney, the Georgia Court of Appeals on Wednesday put a pause on any proceedings related to the 2020 election interference case against President Trump and co-defendants until it hears the case to disqualify Fani Willis in October.

The appeals court has tentatively scheduled a hearing date of Oct. 4 for the appeal by Trump and his co-defendants to have embattled Willis disqualified from the case due to an ‘improper’ affair with former special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

The appeals court action all but solidifies that Willis’ sweeping racketeering case against the 45th president will not go to trial before the 2024 election in November.

Trump’s attorneys quickly applauded the appeals court ruling. They agreed with efforts to disqualify Willis for her alleged misconduct.

Trump and 18 co-defendants were indicted in August after an extensive criminal investigation led by Willis and state prosecutors in Georgia. The charges surrounded Trump’s alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in the state.

Six counts of ‘solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer’ were dismissed because the judge in the case said the state failed to allege sufficient detail.

Willis was put under the spotlight when Trump’s co-defendants charged that she had an affair with the original special prosecutor Nathan Wade, who eventually resigned from the case.

Republicans in the Georgia legislature and in both chambers of the U.S. Congress have opened probes into actions by Willis. Legislators are concerned about alleged misuse of federal funds.

Final thoughts: Situations like this remind me of those prophetic words passed down through the ages:

She should’a kept her pants on.
