Though our beloved country is facing a multitude of crises, The Regime has focused much energy on being as woke as possible. Sadly, the American people are the ones who have been hurt physically, emotionally, and financially as a result of that.
Thankfully, the communist/globalist crime syndicate’s presence in the White House is coming to an end, and Donald Trump has outlined some big plans to undo the harm The Regime has done to our beloved country.
On Thursday, President Trump spoke out to say on day one of his presidency, he will ban men from competing in women’s sports. Trump told radio host Clay Travis he would do this by putting an end to Biden’s Title IX rewrite.
Via Daily Wire Travis shared the news in a post to X, saying:
President Trump just pledged to all of us on @clayandbuck that men will not be allowed to compete against women in sports when he is elected president. He promises to take care of it on day one and end Kamala and Biden’s new Title IX policies allowing this to happen.
Trump also posted on Truth Social on Thursday:

There are many reasons why the Left’s attempts to allow biological men to compete in women’s sports are wrong. Speaking merely of physical differences:
– First of all, it’s obviously grossly unfair. Men have a biological advantage over women. If they didn’t, there never would have been a reason for women to be competing separately in the first place. Allowing men to compete with women means that males will be the clear winners in most physical sports.
– Secondly, allowing biological men to compete with women in sports is dangerous. Since the left’s woke agenda has allowed an increasing number of biological men to compete with women in recent years, many young female athletes have been hit with serious injuries from these male competitors.
Unfortunately, none of this rationale stopped The Regime from pushing their suicidally insane woke agenda.

Title IX is the 1972 law that serves as a cornerstone in safeguarding students from sex-based discrimination across all educational levels in schools that receive federal funding. The new regulations, which take effect Aug. 1, introduce significant shifts in how institutions address sexual harassment and assault allegations while expanding protections for LGBTQ+ and pregnant students.
Among the changes, the regulations eliminate the mandate for live hearings with cross-examination as part of campus disciplinary processes for resolving sexual assault. This will provide important flexibility for campuses and will help them better protect survivors while ensuring fairness to all parties.
Other key changes include a new definition of sexual harassment, extending jurisdiction to off-campus and international incidents, and clarifying protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, and parenting status.
