When a gunman opened fire on him during an outdoor rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13, it was the first assassination attempt on a current or former president in over forty years.
Despite any possible trauma from last month’s shooting, Trump was all business at yesterday’s rally. He wasted no time zeroing in on just how bad national security has become in the last four years.
While speaking in Asheboro, North Carolina, Trump said he “stopped wars with phone calls.” This starkly contrasts what Dementia Joe and Comrade Kamala have done.

The world is on fire. And Kamala and Biden have marched us to the brink of World War III.
We defeated ISIS. We killed the world’s top terrorists. We secured our borders. We achieved energy independence. We stood up to China. We protected Israel. I don’t have to send in the troops.
Indeed, America has become a joke to our enemies during Dementia Joe’s time in office. The left would have you believe America became a laughingstock to the world because of Trump. In reality, the U.S. became an international joke due to The Obiden Regime’s woke policies.
It’s impossible to take America seriously when we’ve become a country that prioritizes DEI over things like national security and the economy.
Trump is more aware of this than anyone. In yesterday’s speech, he revealed exactly what he would do as soon as he took office to rectify all the harm under Dementia Joe.

I will ask for the resignations of every single senior military official who touched the Afghanistan disaster.

Trump said he expected to see resignation letters on his desk in the Oval Office on Inauguration Day.

This shows once again that the stakes of this presidential election could not be higher. If Comrade Kamala wins, she will undoubtedly only further Dementia Joe’s woke agenda, making America even weaker on the international stage.
In contrast, Trump will take action on the very first day of his presidency to reverse course on national security. Under his leadership, America has the chance to once again be taken seriously on a global level. This will be for the good of Americans everywhere, as it will make it less likely that our enemies feel that the U.S. is vulnerable to attack.
