What a mind-numbing question, although we each have our own response and related opinion as to ‘why’ or ‘why not’.

The United States has declined into this dangerous characteristic that warns the country is far too divided to stand. [We the People] want to think reform is possible. Unfortunately, history tells us when an empire, nation, country, or city-state is this divided, REFORM becomes possible only AFTER violence.
Some people are more optimistic than others and any conflict, whether called a Civil War, will be a Second War of Independence—We the People taking back our civil liberties. Will the U.S. military remain faithful to their oaths to defend the constitution? And will they remain faithful to an obvious Trump win against the Left’s calls for insurrection? What too will become of this Army of Illegals? What a convoluted combination of unknowns.
There is no belief this election will be free and fair. We the People will experience a rigged and contested election which neither side will accept, more specifically the Left will not accept a loss of the 2024 presidential election. And when there is no confidence in the government anymore, the ONLY resolution is always violence. Post-election violence will be a certain, however, and it will be extreme. History confirms this prognostication.
One opinion: This will likely be the last election in what we now know of as the United States. There will not be a winner-takes-all attitude that survives, rather the nation will divide—we will split into three or more regional governments. The above map is a mere guess. And even if something like this were to come about initially, continued warfare will mean further change is inevitable. For example, a Republic of California, given its emasculated state under Comrade Newsom, will not survive long on its own.
Typically, governments go into civil wars when there is a conflict that is politically, culturally/ethnically, religiously, or racially driven, and we are now checking that box and simply waiting for the election. Despite who wins, this election will NEVER be accepted, and it certainly will NOT unify the country. The DNC threw Trump’s name out 329 times. It was simply a hate fest. Disturbed feelings and disturbed Leftist minds will ensure violence. Bottom Line: The LEFT will never accept a Trump victory—NO WAY!!!!!
Democracies are supposed to give We the People the right to vote. The communists/globalists denied their constituents the right to select their candidate. This was obviously all planned well ahead. RFK Jr. was not allowed to primary against Dementia Joe. The Left encouraged the debate and in doing so ate their own, knowing he was mentally incompetent. Dementia Joe was thus forced to step down. Comrade Kamala was merely installed—this is tyranny. The LEFT is not seeking to govern the nation; they are seeking to oppress all opponents. Further, this same behavior by the Left is occurring in Brazile, the UK, and elsewhere in Europe.
NOTE: Comrade Kamala is inept and must be propped up to attain any semblance of mental well being. She sat for a scripted press conference with bumper rails throughout and had to bring her VP. She was Border Czar, then put in charge of AI, probably because she could at least spell two-letter words. She was sent to the Munich Security Conference and repeated what the Neocons told her—Ukraine should join NATO, knowing this would poke the Bear.
Final thought: Antagonists never consider what takes place after their conflagratory actions. Thus, will be the suffering of our beloved country.
