Much bad publicity and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine (R) is finally stepping up to help the people of Springfield in a big way.
This comes after the Ohio town descended into chaos in the wake of an influx of 20,000 Haitian migrants and after President Trump brought up the situation in Springfield during Tuesday night’s debate.

Although the mainstream media has worked overtime to make this situation look like absolutely nothing is wrong, this could not be further from the truth. Springfield residents have indeed been sharing an untold number of grievances about the machinations surrounding an influx of the 20,000 migrants from Haiti.
DeWine—although late in doing so—has announced he is sending in state troopers to deal with the reckless driving problems that have come about in the wake of the migrants’ arrivals. He is also sending Springfield $2.5 million to deal with health care. In the city, wait times for health care have increased dramatically in recent weeks.

‘I want the people of Springfield and Clark County to know that as we move forward, we will continue to do everything we can to help the community deal with this surge of migrants,’ DeWine said. ‘The federal government has not demonstrated that they have any kind of plan to deal with the issue. We will not walk away.’
‘The influx of Haitians to Springfield and Clark County has significantly impacted local primary care providers due to the increased number of patients and the need for more translation services,’ a press release from the governor’s office said. ‘In general, migrants from Haiti have had little to no healthcare services prior to arriving in the United States, including vaccinations.’
‘To address the increase in dangerous driving in Springfield by inexperienced Haitian drivers and all others who disregard traffic laws, Governor DeWine directed the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) to support the Springfield Police Department with traffic enforcement,’ the press release noted. ‘Beginning [Thursday] morning, OSHP troopers will patrol local roads with the highest crash rates and hold accountable any driver who drives erratically and risks the safety of others.’
The Dementia Joe-Comrade Kamala Regime gave 300,000 Haitians temporary legal status back in June. This will allow them to stay here legally until at least February of 2026.
This included thousands of Haitians who live in Springfield. Many of them moved to this Ohio city because of affordable housing and job openings. Springfield locals have claimed they saw “buses” of Haitian migrants being dropped off at gas stations and laundromats in the area.
Comrade Harris has repeatedly bragged about programs like this one.
She continues to stand by it despite the fact that it was shut down in June after massive fraud was found.
It was revealed that 3,000 sponsors in the program had filed more than 100,000 forms. It also came to light that some of the sponsors were using phone numbers that belonged to dead people. On top of that, they were reportedly using addresses of storage units and fake zip codes.
Even after this fraud was discovered, the Biden-Harris Regime quietly resumed the program less than six weeks later.
Since the Haitian migrants arrived in Springfield, it’s become clear they have upended law and order in the Ohio city. Residents have been left disgusted the Biden-Harris Regime appears to be prioritizing these migrants over the health and well-being of Springfield’s American citizens. If Harris wins this election, we can only expect more programs like this one, and more American communities to be harmed just as Springfield has been.
Thankfully, Gov. DeWine has moved to help the people of Springfield. In the end, these Haitian migrants should not even be in this country, en masse and un-vetted.
