The one statement made by President Trump during the September 10th debate that really set the mass propaganda media ablaze was his claim that Comrade Kamala supported taxpayer-funded gender-affirming (changing) surgeries for illegal immigrants in custody.
Predictably, the mainstream media rushed to “fact-check” him and brand the claim as false or misleading.

But here’s the kicker: Trump was absolutely right.
And the irony? Even the New York Times had to admit it. Enjoyably for We the People, in their attempt to fact-check Trump, they ended up confirming what he said, making liberals scramble to cover up the fact they did not know their own candidate’s positions.
During the debate, Trump did what he does best—cutting through the fluff and bringing attention to Comrade Kamala’s far-left policies which most Americans would not support if they knew about them. Among these was her shocking stance on gender-affirming care for illegal immigrants in prison.

Trump took aim at his progressive rival after CNN reported that Harris supported taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries for illegal immigrants who are in custody, according to a 2019 ACLU questionnaire she filled out as a presidential candidate.
‘Now she wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens that are in prison,’ Trump said during Tuesday’s presidential debate.
Now, let’s be real. Who exactly is asking for taxpayer dollars to fund surgeries for illegal immigrants in prison?
Exactly, Comrade Kamala is. And President Trump was not afraid to call her out for it. Of course, the media immediately jumped on the attack, calling his claim misleading, out of context, and just plain wrong. But they were lazy and did do their homework before calling him a liar.

Times health reporter Sheryl Gay Stolberg provided a fact-check as part of the paper’s live coverage of the debate that ruled Trump’s claim ‘needs context.’ Except the context her fact-check provided just further confirmed Trump’s claim.
We the People could almost hear the collective wailing from the New York Times newsroom. They wanted to run with the narrative that Trump was lying. Instead, they had to awkwardly admit that Trump was right all along.
The most laughable part of this entire situation is that the media, and apparently even some on the Left, did not realize that Comrade Kamala had publicly backed such an outrageous policy. They are so used to covering up for their candidates they forget to read the fine print on their own platforms. In this case, they were caught with their pants down trying to discredit Trump without knowing the real truth from a 2019 radical policy statement.
This goes to show, too, just how out of touch the Left is with the American people. No wonder they tried to cover it up. The average American taxpayer—already struggling with inflation, crime, and open borders—is not thrilled about Kamala wasting their hard-earned dollars to go toward woke surgeries for illegal aliens in prison.
As we continue toward Election Day, moments like this will only strengthen Trump’s position. Voters see through the lying media’s bias, and they recognize when the left tries to cover up their own extreme policies. Trump, on the other hand, is not afraid to call out the radical agenda of the communist/globalist crime syndicate, even when it draws the ire of the liberal press.
