On Tuesday evening local time, the mad mullahs of the Islamic Republic of Iran launched 181 ballistic missiles at Israel—the largest ballistic missile attack in history—forcing Israelis throughout the country to seek cover in bomb shelters.

Was this a grave mistake on Iran’s part? Will there be retribution on Israel’s part?

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) warned citizens to shelter in place and to follow forthcoming instructions via mobile phone alerts from the Home Front Command.

IDF spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari addressed the nation, having said:

We are strong, and we are capable in this attack also.

Unconfirmed reports on social media suggested that up to 400 missiles had been launched, although almost all had been intercepted by the Jewish State’s Iron Dome anti-missile defense system, with U.S. assistance.

IDF spokesman Hagari said in a short video message:

During the defense, we carried out quite a few interceptions. There were a small number of hits in the center of Israel, and other hits in Southern Israel. The majority of the incoming missiles were intercepted by Israel and a defensive coalition led by the United States.

Further:

[Officials] are unaware of casualties.

A U.S. defense official told Fox News in a statement:

In accordance with our ironclad commitment to Israel’s security, U.S. forces in the region are currently defending against Iranian-launched missiles targeting Israel.

Our forces remain postured to provide additional defensive support and to protect U.S. forces operating in the region.

Three U.S. Navy destroyers are positioned in the Mediterranean Sea along with an aircraft carrier in the Gulf of Oman and fighter jets stationed throughout the region to assist Israel if necessary. All are capable of shooting down incoming missiles.

IDF spokesman Hagari added:

Our defensive and offensive capabilities are at the highest levels of readiness. Our operational plans are ready.

We will respond wherever, whenever, and however we choose, in accordance with the directive of the government of Israel.

Israel’s Army Radio said Iran had announced its attack was a response to the IDF extermination of Hamas political chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran in July; Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in Beirut on Friday; and senior Hezbollah official Abbas Nilfroshan, alongside Nasrallah. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei previously vowed that “the blood of the martyr shall not go unavenged,” referring to the terrorist monster Nasrallah.

In a related terror attack, at least six civilians were killed and nine injured Tuesday in a shooting/stabbing attack at a light rail station in Jaffa, near Tel Aviv. The two individuals who opened fire on a crowd of people reportedly have been “neutralized.”

Israeli PM Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu issued a statement in which he commended the IDF and thanked the United States.

Bibi stated:

Iran made a grave mistake this evening—and it will pay for it.

The regime in Iran does not understand our determination to defend ourselves and our resolve to retaliate against our enemies.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard warned in a statement that if Israel responds to the missile barrage, “it will face crushing attacks.”

Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, declared:

We are ready and prepared defensively and offensively. The State of Israel will take all necessary measures to protect the citizens of Israel. As we have previously made clear to the international community, any enemy that attacks Israel should expect a painful response.

Further:

[T]he UN Security Council will meet Wednesday to discuss the attack.

A strongly worded letter chastising Israel and warning against further escalation on Israel’s part will no doubt be forthcoming.

Recall in 2020 when Joe Biden warned that Donald Trump would get the U.S. into a war with Iran? Remember all the hysterical communist/globlist fear-mongering that Trump would trigger World War III? Remember when the Obiden Regime handed the Islamic Republic a $10 billion payday back in March, just weeks after an Iran-backed drone strike killed three American soldiers in Jordan? Now Iran is raining a record number of ballistic missiles down on our ally.

Trump said in a statement today, and it’s hard to argue otherwise:

The World is on fire and spiraling out of control.

To wit:

– A dockworkers’ strike was launched by a yacht-sailing, Bentley-driving, gold chain-bedecked union boss who threatens to “cripple” the American economy,

– Six Eastern states have been hit with catastrophic hurricane damage; victims there are being told no more aid will be forthcoming from the [Obiden-Harris] [R]egime, which just sent a new infusion of more than $2.7 billion in military aid to corrupt Ukraine, with the promise of billions more, to perpetuate a losing conflict with Russia, and

– Now the Middle East is embroiled in a full-blown war, and the chain reaction may suck America into that conflagration.
