Governor Stitt of Oklahoma plans to ship every illegal alien prisoner back to their home country.
Stitt said he is calling it Operation Guardian.
This from independentsentinel.com.
Governor Stitt stated:
It’s common sense. I’m really excited about law and order getting back to the White House.
Further:
So, we want to be ready day one in office, so when President Trump takes office, so I put our Commissioner of Public Safety in charge…
And:
I said, ‘Listen, everybody that’s in our prisons, that are here illegally, that are breaking our laws. We believe in public safety. We want to protect the citizens of Oklahoma, and we want to be ready to get them out of our state and out of our country before you see another one of the issues that affected Georgia with the Laken Riley case.’
WATCH:
Under Biden-Harris, ICE wouldn’t deport any illegal immigrants that Oklahoma turned over.
But now, we’re preparing to work with a White House that’s eager to uphold the law.

Governor Kevin Stitt posted on X early last week that he is creating a plan for Oklahoma to deport criminal illegal aliens who are in Oklahoma state prison.
The governor is calling this “Operation Guardian in Oklahoma” with plans to work with Trump on day one of him in office.
In a dissenting opinion, immigration attorney in Tulsa, Lorena Rivas, said:
This is anti-immigration rhetoric.
Further:
[I]mmigrants in jail are already facing the federal immigration system and it’s not the state that decides deportation.
And:
The federal government that chooses whether or not somebody’s going to be removed from the country or not so whether Governor Stitt or any authority in the state of Oklahoma is doing this really can only do so much. You can’t physically remove someone from the country. States cannot have deportation authority or power.
Earlier this week, Tom Homan, Trump’s pick for Border Czar said he’s putting the final touches on a plan but acknowledges there are many unanswered questions about how Trump’s policy will actually work including how much it will cost.
I’ve been asked 1000 times, ‘How many people can you remove the first year?’ Well, how many agents do I have? How many buses do I have? How much money do I have for airplanes? Right? Can the DOD assist? Because the DOD can take off our plate.
Further:
There are a lot of what-ifs, I don’t know what the current budget is right now. I don’t have insight into what currently ICE and CBP has for a budget. How much money can be reprogrammed?
And:
I can tell you this, President Trump’s committed to whatever he can to get us the money we need,
The state of Texas is also supporting Trump’s mass deportation plan and is providing nearly 1,500 acres to Trump for deportation facilities.
