“Excited!” “Optimistic!” “Relief!”
That is how a majority of We the American People feel about the incoming Trump administration.
This from hotair.com.
And we are not just talking MAGA, because a lot of Trump voters are not MAGA, and the percentage of Americans who approve of Trump exceeds by a fair amount the percentage of people who voted for him.
Much improved from 2016, this Trump presidential transition is getting 2 thumbs up from Americans. Trump's net approval rating is up 17 pts (to +18 pts).
A majority (53%) are excited/optimistic for Trump's coming term.

Many are using the words “excited,” “optimistic,” and “relief” to describe their most powerful feelings toward the next four years. Not just because President Trump is hopefully going to be able to clean up the mess into which we have been pulled—that remains to be seen–but because the last ten years have been exhausting, and the American people have had enough of the “Bad Orange Man” attacks.
Further, We the People realize just how close the communist/globalist crime syndicate came to taking away our rights. The First Amendment and the Second Amendment have been attacked and abused repeatedly, as well as have each of the other first ten amendments—the formation of our Bill of Rights. The goal of the Deep State has been to destroy our beloved Constitution. If not for Donald J. Trump, the Left may have succeeded.
Although. progress may seem slow going and We the People may look back in twelve months and wonder why so little has been accomplished, at least we will have had a MAGA President and GOP control of both houses of Congress, plus a conservative leaning Supreme Court. And this is already proving to be a world of difference from the Obama-promised fundamental transformation of America.
And We the People of America fully realize the change.
Decompressing from walking on eggshells for the past four years.

I’ve never in my life known that to be an American environment. It’s an environment I have encountered in smaller groupings (a church, a private club,a clique), but never before as a national blanket. It has been suffocating. Common sense was discarded, intellectual discussion 3/

The election was a massive rejection of the Trump haters, perhaps even more than an endorsement of Trump’s policy proposals. And had election fraud not been in play in many blue counties, Trump would have garnered a much larger vote tally—We the People are confident of this.
Further, throughout the past four years, all the people of America—patriots as well as those who call themselves democrats—were afforded a good hard look at what the Left intended to do to America. We have observed the results of their lies, their tyrannical nature, and their communist/globalist one world government and we chose “to send them back to Hades, where they belong.”
All the primping, preening, attacks on morality
and common sense, and the hatred for ordinary people
was exposed for the world to see, and America rejected it.
Notice how the rank-and-file members of the Left, for the most part, have been quietly, calmly accepting the fact that Trump won. Biden was beaming when Trump went to visit, and “huge democrats like Mark Cuban and Bill Gates are reaching out in the hope of getting some influence” or perhaps it is forgiveness they seek.
Finally, following relentless attacks for a decade leveled upon Donald Trump, the American people have chosen him—the one whose enemies falsely compared to Hitler. And there are still certified Trump haters—no doubt, the Left will waste no time putting obstacles in his way.
Trump is genuinely an existential threat
to the transnational elite, so the fight will go on.
But since the election, the toxicity of being attached to Trump is gone. Nobody is worried about being associated with him, and we can safely assume the Lincoln Project has come to an end, along with the Never Trump Republicans. There is little or no market for that sort of thing anymore.
On November 5th a fever broke, and while as a nation we are far from recovered, the healing has begun.
The feeling is palpable. We the American people gladly sense the change. ‘Excited,’ ‘optimistic,’ and ‘relief’ are all words of the moment.
