The United States of America’s military stands at a crossroads.
For much too long, our armed forces have faced a barrage of social experiments and misguided priorities from Pentagon bureaucrats who would not know a foxhole from a greenside bunker.
This from thepatriotjournal.com.
Combat readiness has taken a back seat to diversity quotas. Our warriors watch in frustration as the world’s greatest fighting force drowns in paperwork. Meanwhile, China builds its military. Russia flexes its muscles. And the Pentagon seems more focused on social experiments than combat effectiveness.
But now, a revolution is brewing within the ranks. In an unprecedented display of unity, hundreds of America’s most elite warriors are about to deliver a thundering message to Washington. The catalyst?
A combat veteran nominated to lead the Pentagon
who actually knows what victory means.
Five hundred Navy SEALs, veterans, and military supporters are mobilizing for a historic march through Washington D.C. They are backing Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth’s confirmation hearing on Tuesday.
This is not your typical D.C. protest with printed signs and paid activists. These are America’s warriors taking a stand.
Navy SEAL veteran Bill Brown declared:
The SEAL March demonstrates strong and
unwavering support from the warrior class.
Brown knows Hegseth from the annual NYC SEAL Swim.
Pete’s one of us. He understands what’s at stake.
Pete Hegseth served three deployments with the Army National Guard:
-
Guantanamo Bay (2004-2005)
-
Iraq (2006-2007)
-
Afghanistan (2011-2012)
Combat decorations include the Bronze Star Medal.
The veterans chose their route carefully. They will start at the Vietnam Memorial Wall. Then they march past the Korean War Veterans Memorial. Next to the D.C. War Memorial. Finally, the World War II Memorial. Each step honors fallen heroes who put America first.
Rob Sweetman, former SEAL and event co-organizer, said:
These patriots will show Senate members that they stand firmly behind Pete.
We’re doing this Dr. King’s way—peaceful but powerful.
The timing could not be more critical. Our military faces its biggest readiness crisis in decades:
– Failed recruitment goals,
– Declining combat readiness scores,
– Billions wasted on social programs, and
– Seven straight failed Pentagon audits.
While Senator Elizabeth Warren launches partisan attacks, real soldiers tell a different story.
Jurandir Araujo, Hegseth’s first commander at Guantanamo Bay, said:
The Lt. Hegseth I knew is a man of integrity. I told everyone back then—this guy will be president someday.
Staff Sergeant Angelo Martinez puts it plainly:
He’s not some stuffed uniform. Pete got in the dirt with us. He listened. He cared. That’s real leadership.
The support from America’s most elite fighting force speaks volumes. While politicians play games with military readiness, combat veterans recognize one of their own.
They are backing someone who understands that winning wars matters more than winning Twitter battles.
Bill Brown explained:
The military isn’t a social justice laboratory.
Pete gets what matters—the mission and the troops.
In other words, Pete Hegseth will put America’s security first.
