What the Left is most adamantly warning President Trump about is Elon Musk’s unelected status in the federal government. This, for them, is of grave concern. Further, the Left has reason to believe that Musk and the DOGE people are in the process of exposing the money laundering of their unelected shadow government which they have worked so long and hard to build and maintain unknown by the voting public.
Further, after decades spent entrenching a bureaucracy dedicated to doing their bidding, the communist/globalist crime syndicate has taken to the streets in protest of Trump hiring unelected officials to fire their unelected officials.
Senator Chuck Schumer, shouting outside shuttered USAID offices, said:

Your DOGE will be the end of the Democratic Party.

Many on the Left are calling Elon Musk’s employment in the government a Constitutional crisis, stating that other than the three million people already working for the government, the President hiring someone to do a job is simply unheard of.
Treasury Department employee Arlene Magill explained:
Allowing an unelected official to work in the government is basically fascism.
Further:
We cannot allow a citizen like Musk to see what taxpayer money is spent on.
And:
Only the thousands of unelected employees who work at Treasury are allowed to do that.
