The ‘Speed of Trump’ continues.
The following is a short installment of Trump-Vance team accomplishments (each article is linked for further info):
1. Trump White House Responds to Democrat Leaders’ Threats Over USAID Reform
The establishment’s reaction to the Trump administration’s recent efficiency initiatives are making waves in Washington. The Left is scrambling to protect their cherished institutions from much-needed oversight.
But what happened next has shocked even seasoned political observers. The same Leftists who spent years accusing conservatives of promoting violence have now embraced alarmingly aggressive rhetoric themselves. The irony would be amusing if it were not so dangerous.
The Daily Caller reported:
Some elected Democrats are so steamed about DOGE. [Democratic New Jersey] Congresswoman LaMonica McIver says ‘we are at war.’ [Democratic Minnesota Rep.] Ilhan Omar says ‘we might actually see someone get killed,’ and [Democratic Maryland Sen.] Chris Van Hollen says ‘we have to fight this in Congress, we have to fight this in the streets.’
Remember when questioning government spending was considered patriotic? The hypocrisy is stunning. These are the same politicians who consistently labeled conservative protesters as “dangerous extremists” and spent years decrying January 6th. Yet now they openly call for taking the fight “to the streets” when faced with basic government accountability measures.
2. Attorney General Pam Bondi Directs DOJ to Challenge Biden’s Death Row Commutations
Dementia Joe commuted 37 death row sentences in his final days, however, America’s new Attorney General—with unprecedented legal strategy—is forcing a dramatic showdown in Washington.
Political abuse of power undermines the very foundation of our legal system. Sound familiar? It should. It strips away the promise made to victims’ families who have waited years, sometimes decades, for justice to be served. That is precisely what happened here.
In a bold counter-move that has energized conservative legal experts nationwide, newly confirmed U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on Wednesday she will seek to reverse Biden’s last-minute commutations of 37 death row inmates.
3. Trump Shuts Down Media Scheme, Ends Government Contracts with Liberal Press
Federal bureaucrats wasting taxpayer dollars for everything from gender studies in Pakistan to climate change interpretive dance festivals in Oregon has continued unabated, year after year, administration after administration.
However, in a stunning move on February 6, 2025, that sent shockwaves through Washington’s media establishment, President Trump is bringing this to an abrupt end.
From The Post Millennial:
According to Axios, Trump told the General Services Administration to terminate ‘every single media contract.’ In an email, the White House wrote two points, ‘Pull all contracts for Politico, BBC, E&E (Politico sub) and Bloomberg,’ as well as, ‘Pull all media contracts for just GSA – cancel every single media contract today for GSA only.’
The directive came after revelations that federal agencies were spending millions of taxpayer dollars on premium subscriptions to various news outlets.
And, yes, after reading this, taxpayers across America are smiling.
4. Trump Plans to Build Garden of Heroes, Vows to Honor Billy Graham in Monument
Sadly, America is not what it used to be. Traditional values seem to fade further away each year. Our sacred spaces stand emptier than ever.
The numbers tell a sobering reality. Religious participation has plummeted. Thousands of churches have closed permanently.
From Breitbart:
The president revealed the addition on Thursday morning while he addressed the bipartisan National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C.
He shared the world-famous evangelist preacher was a man ‘everybody loved’ who Trump himself watched as a young boy alongside his father when they attended Billy Graham crusades with ’60 to 70,000 other people.’
The National Garden of American Heroes represents more than stone and bronze. Revived through an executive order signed January 29, 2025, the garden will showcase exactly 250 statues of American historical figures, perfectly timed for the nation’s 250th anniversary.
From Babe Ruth to Harriet Tubman, from Edgar Allen Poe to George Washington, each statue tells a chapter of America’s remarkable story.
This announcement arrives at a crucial moment. As Trump stated:
Faith in God has always been the ultimate source of the strength that beats in the hearts of our nation. We have to bring religion back.
5. California Governor Gavin Newsom Requests Wildfire Relief After Approving $50M Anti-Trump Package
As Los Angeles continues recovering from devastating wildfires that claimed 29 lives and destroyed over 12,000 homes, Governor Gavin Newsom heads to Washington with an urgent request for federal aid. The total rebuilding costs are expected to reach tens of billions of dollars. Sadly, state officials estimate $2.5 billion in immediate recovery needs.
Just one day before departing for Washington, Newsom’s administration pushed through a controversial $50 million spending package specifically aimed at fighting Trump administration policies.
During his recent Los Angeles visit to survey the damage, President Trump announced plans to appoint a “special master” to oversee federal spending on wildfire recovery. This oversight represents a significant shift in federal disaster response. The move would ensure stricter accountability for how California spends federal relief funds, addressing longstanding concerns about state-level financial management.
In the end, the fate of California’s wildfire victims hangs in the balance. While political battles consume millions in state resources, the fundamental question remains: Will California’s leadership prioritize disaster recovery over political positioning?
6. Trump Revokes Biden’s Security Clearance: ‘Joe, you’re fired.’
President Trump on Friday said he was “revoking Joe Biden’s security clearances and stopping his daily intelligence briefings as there was no need for him to receive classified information.”
In a post on Truth Social, Trump referenced a report by Special Counsel Robert Hur that described Biden last year as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
Trump further said:
There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information.
NOTE: In 2021, shortly after assuming his position, Biden told CBS he did not believe Trump should have access to intelligence briefings because of his “erratic behavior” and concern he might share information.
Biden had said:
What value is giving him an intelligence briefing? What impact does he have at all, other than the fact he might slip and say something?
Right back at ya, Joe.
7. Wikileaks Drops Bombshell About USAID and “Internews Network”
USAID has paid nearly half-a-billion dollars to “Internews Network,” a secretive government-funded NGO that spreads propaganda and controls the media narrative across the globe.
According to their post on 𝕏:
USAID has pushed nearly half a billion dollars ($472.6m) through a secretive US government financed NGO, “Internews Network” (IN), which has “worked with” 4,291 media outlets, producing in one year 4,799 hours of broadcasts reaching up to 778 million people and “training” over 9000 journalists (2023 figures). IN has also supported social media censorship initiatives.
The operation claims “offices” in over 30 countries, including main offices in US, London, Paris and regional HQs in Kiev, Bangkok and Nairobi. It is headed up by Jeanne Bourgault, who pays herself $451k a year. Bourgault worked out of the US embassy in Moscow during the early 1990s, where she was in charge of a $250m budget, and in other revolts or conflicts at critical times, before formally rotating out of six years at USAID to IN.
