The following is an installment of Trump-Vance team accomplishments (each article is linked for further info):
1. Trump Has Begun to Clean House at the Department of Justice
Using chainsaw tactics to the Department of Justice, the unsavory elements are being surgically cut away.
The cancerous elements which infected this institution during the eight Obama years and then at hyper speed during the four Obama-Biden years weaponized the DOJ to go after Trump, pro-life activists, the January 6 defendants, and We the Patriotic People of America. This unconstitutional evil is being excised.
Two prosecutors were fired, with at least 50 U.S. attorneys and their associates also being given pink slips. The latter is not new either—a new administration customarily picks new U.S. attorneys. Call it the Clinton protocol (via NYT):

Asked about the ousters and whether others had been let go in a similar fashion, Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, said:
The White House, in coordination with the Department of Justice, has dismissed more than 50 U.S. attorneys and deputies in the past few weeks.
President Trump has been crystal clear the DOJ will focus on enforcing the law, not pursuing politically charged witch hunts, which was the primary function of this agency and the FBI for years. The president has learned from his first administration—attack the rot quickly.
2. They May Be Fooling Themselves—But Canada’s Tough Stance Against Trump Does Not Hide Their Deep Dependence on the U.S.: Economic and Defense
Canadians are applauding their tough stance in response to Trump’s latest tariffs on their country. PM Mark Carney declared the old relationship with the U.S. is over. Such are the words of a hero or a fool—time will be the determinant.
The reality is Canada is far more dependent on the U.S. than the U.S. is on Canada, and severing ties would be akin to economic suicide.
The Canada-U.S. 5,500-mile border tethers Canada’s prosperity and security to its southern neighbor through deep economic ties, defense collaborations, and shared infrastructures. This interdependence has shaped Canada’s strategic decisions for decades.
Canada’s economy is profoundly linked to the U.S., its largest trading partner. In the first three quarters of 2024, approximately $600 billion in goods crossed the border, rising to $683 billion with services included. Nearly every Canadian province directs at least 55% of its exports to the U.S., with some seeing trade account for 17% to 40% of their GDP. Nationally, exports to the U.S. made up 16.8% of Canada’s GDP in 2023, with critical commodities like oil, natural gas, and minerals—such as uranium and potash—flowing south.
Another economic benefit Canada risks losing by cutting ties with the U.S. is foreign direct investment (FDI). The amount of U.S. FDI in Canada was approximately $58 billion in 2024, accounting for about 45% of Canada’s total FDI. Meanwhile, Canadian FDI inflows into the United States totaled $69 billion in 2023.
Not only its economy, but also Canada’s defense strategy leans heavily on the U.S.
Canada depends on U.S.-led Five Eyes intelligence. The Canadian Armed Forces (68,000 personnel) pale beside the U.S.’s 1.3 million, relying on American might via NORAD—established 1958—to secure borders and airspace, especially as Russia and China threaten the Northern Route through the Arctic with repeated air force and navy incursions above Canadian waters, around Alaska, and near Greenland to dominate this strategic passage.
The bottom line is that Canada depends on the United States for economy and defense, and the U.S. is an indispensable partner in both areas. Canada, by contrast, is not crucial for the U.S.
3. Iran Supreme Leader Khamenei Rebuffs Trump Threat Over Nuclear Deal
Iran responded to President Trump’s letter, with President Masoud Pezeshkian explaining on Sunday that Tehran would not enter direct negotiations with Washington but was willing to continue talks indirectly as per an injunction from Khamenei.
Western powers accuse Iran of having a clandestine agenda to develop nuclear weapons capability by enriching uranium to a high level of fissile purity, above what they say is justifiable for a civilian atomic energy program. Tehran says its nuclear program is wholly for civilian energy purposes.
Retired U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Blaine Holt told Newsmax Sunday the U.S. is likely headed to a “military place” against Iran and its advancing nuclear program.
Trump offered little detail in what he wrote in the letter that arrived in Tehran on March 12, saying he conveyed the message that it would be a “terrible thing” if the U.S. has “to go in militarily.”
He told NBC News on Sunday “there will be bombing” if Tehran did not come to an agreement with the U.S.
Holt said:
I read President Trump’s letter; very direct. But I would have thought that it would have been in the regime’s best interest to at least continue in a dialog mode,
So we have a presentation of forces that are set up to take away Iran’s nuclear program, and it can and probably will do that if we don’t get to a better place.
So maybe third-party negotiations. But I think we’re on our way to a military place.
4. Musk and Gracias’ Mind-Blowing Revelations on Social Security, Illegal Aliens, and Voting (VIDEO)
Elon Musk was in Wisconsin on Sunday to rally support for Judge Brad Schimel in the race for a seat on the state Supreme Court and during the rally, he spoke about the millions of dead people who were found to be listed as alive in the Social Security database.
Musk asked Antonio Gracias to explain some of the things he had discovered during his DOGE examination of Social Security. Gracias is the Founder and Managing Partner of Valor Equity Partners, and he is a close associate of Musk. Gracias said they had already found a lot of waste. But then he found something more that raised a lot of questions.
Gracias pointed out how the number of non-citizens receiving Social Security jumped from 270,000 in 2021 to 2.1 million in 2024—the time of the Obama-Biden Regime.
Gracias said he wanted to thank the people in the system who “pointed us in this direction” who “took risks to show us these numbers and tell us what’s going on.” “I want to honor those people,” he said. “Very good people.”
He said that basically, under Biden, you could walk across the border, claim asylum, and then you’d get released with a court date that was averaging at six years later. Then you can subsequently apply for a work document; then you can get a Social Security number, “no ID required,” he said.
Musk stated this was about importing as many illegal aliens as possible to change the voting map of the United States:
[A]nd disenfranchise the American people and making it a deep blue one-party state from which there would be no escape.
Gracias explained they found people from this group getting benefits, and people who were registered to vote and did vote. He said they had referred the people’s names to the Department of Homeland Security for investigation.
Gracias concluded this was why it was so important to have voter ID.
They also made it very clear there were not going to be any cuts to benefits, which the Left has been lying about.
This is mind-blowing stuff that needs to be addressed for all to see, to answer all these questions.
5. DOJ Ends Biden Lawsuit Against Georgia
An Obiden-era lawsuit filed back in 2021 after Georgia passed their voter integrity law has been ended by the DOJ.
Attorney General Pam Bondi directed the DOJ to withdraw its claim that accused Georgia of intentionally suppressing black voters at the ballot box.
Georgia Senate Bill 202:
[P]roposed reforms to strengthen election integrity, including requiring voters to show photo ID, rapid reporting of results, and adjustments to absentee ballot structures.
In the press release, Chad Mizelle, acting associate attorney general and DOJ chief of staff, said:
The Department of Justice is done with this disgrace. There is nothing racist about protecting elections—baseless claims of Jim Crow-style discrimination are the real insult.
6. President Trump Gave an Update on Houthis—He Said They Have Been “decimated” by “relentless strikes”
The president said Monday afternoon:
The Iran-backed Houthi Terrorists have been decimated by the relentless strikes over the past two weeks. Many of their Fighters and Leaders are no longer with us. We hit them every day and night—Harder and harder.
Their capabilities that threaten Shipping and the Region are rapidly being destroyed. Our attacks will continue until they are no longer a threat to Freedom of Navigation.
The choice for the Houthis is clear: Stop shooting at U.S. ships, and we will stop shooting at you. Otherwise, we have only just begun, and the real pain is yet to come, for both the Houthis and their sponsors in Iran.
