The following is an installment of Trump-Vance team accomplishments (each article is linked for further info):
1. Doug Emhoff’s Law Firm Surrendered to Trump, Dealing Major Blow to Leftist Lawfare
Willkie Farr & Gallagher, which employs Emhoff, agreed to provide $100M in free legal services for the Trump administration.
The firm’s surrender marks another humiliation for Trump’s losing opponent, What’s-Her-Name.
Willkie Farr & Gallagher is the third elite law firm to make an agreement with the White House to avoid sanctions.
The Left has been increasingly engaged in lawfare to target their opponents, most notably, against Trump, and the president has threatened sanctions against such firms.
Specifically, Wilkie Farr provided tens of millions of dollars in pro bono work for two Georgia women who won an eye-popping settlement in their defamation suit against former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Wilkie Farr also employs former investigators who worked on the Left’s politically motivated January 6th committee.
Recall, the committee recommended criminal charges against Trump for “insurrection.”
Wilkie Farr also agreed to stop discriminating against job applicants on the basis of politics and race, and the firm will desist from implementing “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” (DEI) policies and will hire based on merit.
2. Maine Denied Federal Education Funds After Defying Trump’s Title IX Enforcement Order
In a dramatic move that signals the administration’s commitment to traditional values, the Trump White House has frozen federal education funding to Maine.
The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture informed state officials Wednesday certain federal funds would be paused until Maine complies with the President’s executive order on transgender participation in women’s sports.
This action reinforces the original intent of Title IX, which was designed to protect female students and ensure equal opportunities in education. Allowing biological males to compete against females directly undermines these long-established protections.
The USDA has also launched a comprehensive review of grants awarded to Maine’s Department of Education by The Obiden Regime. This represents a broader effort to ensure federal funds align with current administration priorities.
Federal officials clarified the pause will remain in effect until Maine demonstrates “compliance with Title IX’s protection of female student athletes from having to compete with or against or having to appear unclothed before males.”
This decisive action sends a clear message to other states with similar policies. The federal government is prepared to use its financial leverage to enforce protections for women’s sports nationwide.
3. Princeton University Forfeited $210M In Federal Grants During Trump Administration’s Antisemitism Probe
This decisive action signals a new approach to addressing concerns about how universities handle discrimination against Jewish students.
The funding has been suspended, the administration’s antisemitism probe remains ongoing. This pause affects nearly half of the $456M Princeton received from government grants and contracts last year.
What makes this particularly striking is Princeton’s massive $34B endowment. Imagine, they are sitting on $34B while still collecting hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars! Why are hardworking Americans subsidizing one of the wealthiest educational institutions on the planet?
Princeton joins other prestigious institutions facing similar scrutiny. The Trump administration previously froze approximately $400M in federal funds from Columbia University over antisemitism concerns. Columbia has since agreed to nine preconditions to regain its funding, which the administration is currently reviewing. Even more significantly, Harvard University now faces a review of over $8.7B worth of multi-year federal grant commitments. The probe also extends to $255M in contracts that Harvard has with the federal government.
These actions reflect a systematic approach to ensuring taxpayer dollars do not support institutions that tolerate discrimination against Jewish students or fail to maintain safe learning environments for all. One question remains, ‘Why was this approach not taken years ago?’
4. Trump Scored Win with Vietnam on Tariffs
President Trump on Friday said he had a “productive” call with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, To Lam. Vietnam’s leader offered to reduce tariffs on U.S. imports to his country.
Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform:
To Lam told me that Vietnam wants to cut their Tariffs down to ZERO if they are able to make an agreement with the U.S.
Further:
I thanked him on behalf of our Country, and said I look forward to a meeting in the near future.
5. Secretary of State Rubio: Global Markets Will Adjust to Trump’s Tariffs
Appearing at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, Rubio refuted the idea economies are crashing due to President Trump’s tariffs.
Rubio told reporters:
[M]arkets are reacting to a dramatic change in the global order in terms of trade. And so what happens is pretty straight forward. If you’re a company, and you make a bunch of your products in China, and all of a sudden shareholders or people that play the stock market realize that it’s going to cost a lot more to produce in China, your stock is going to go down.
But ultimately, the markets, as long as they know what the rules are going to be moving forward, and as long as that’s set and you can sustain where you’re going to be, the markets will adjust. Businesses around the world, including in trade, in global trade, they just need to know what the rules are. Once they know what the rules are, they will adjust to those rules.
China’s finance ministry said Friday it would impose additional tariffs of 34% on all U.S. goods from April 10.
Global financial markets are fearing the shockwaves of an economic downturn, with investment bank JP Morgan forecasting a 60% chance of the global economy entering a recession by year-end, up from 40% previously.
Rubio, though, said:
[M]arkets will recover as Trump looks out for the American worker.
Further:
We have to be able to make things to provide jobs for Americans. That’s it. It’s that simple.
6. Trump Administration Ended Third Gender Option on U.S. Immigration Forms, Returned to Male/Female Only
President Trump promised the American people a revolution of common sense, and that includes making sure the policy of the U.S. government agrees with simple biological reality.

From Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin:
This policy change directly follows an executive order signed by President Trump on his inauguration day. The order’s title makes its purpose crystal clear: Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.
The change eliminates the “X” gender marker option that was introduced last year. That option had allowed applicants to select something other than male or female when applying for naturalization.
Under the restored guidelines, USCIS will determine a person’s sex based on their birth certificate. The agency stated it will consider:
[A] person’s sex as that which is generally evidenced on the birth certificate issued at or nearest to the time of birth.
This change represents a fulfillment of campaign promises made by President Trump. He vowed to roll back progressive gender policies implemented during The Regime. And unlike some politicians, he is actually keeping his word! McLaughlin emphasized that immigration policy is too serious for ideological experimentation.
Further:
Proper management of our immigration system is a matter of national security, not a place to promote and coddle an ideology that permanently harms children and robs real women of their dignity, safety, and well-being.
