Smoking Gun Emerges Proving Biden White House Directly Involved with Jack Smith’s Anti-Trump ‘Investigation’

Newly uncovered emails have emerged that prove the Obiden White House was directly involved in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s anti-Trump Jan. 6 “investigation.”

This from slaynews.com.

Two Republican U.S. senators revealed the uncovered emails show The Obiden regime played a direct role in assisting Smith.

Smith led the criminal investigation into the “insurrection” hoax related to President Trump’s actions surrounding January 6, 2021.

According to a letter sent this week by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA):

Biden’s White House Counsel’s Office provided cell phone records belonging to Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence.

The records were handed to federal investigators in connection with Smith’s “investigation,” code-named “Arctic Frost.”

At the time, neither Trump nor Pence was officially designated as a subject of the case.

The letter, addressed to FBI Director Kash Patel and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, raises questions about the origin of the investigation and potential coordination between federal law enforcement agencies and The Obiden Regime.

According to a copy of the letter obtained by Just The News, the senators wrote:

Overall, these newly disclosed emails show the extensive collaboration between and among select FBI agents from the Washington Field Office and prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office—Washington D.C. to plan, approve, and execute Arctic Frost.

The emails also provide further support that ASAC Thibault played a central role in advancing its approval to a full field criminal investigation when other agents had concerns the supporting evidence only allowed for a preliminary investigation.

Whistleblowers who came forward to Johnson and Grassley claim:

[K]ey FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors collaborated closely on the Arctic Frost probe, with the [Obiden] White House supplying early support in the form of electronic data and communications records.

Further:

Lastly, the emails illustrate the [Obiden] White House’s personal involvement in providing President Trump and former Vice President Pence’s phones to the FBI at their request when neither of them was a subject of the investigation at that point in time.

Grassley and Johnson noted:

[T]he communication trail includes an email exchange between then-Deputy White House Counsel Jonathan Su and Criminal Chief John Crabb from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.

The email, dated May 2, 2022, was also copied to then-Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault.

Crabb wrote:

Jonathan, Would you please coordinate with Tim Thibault (who’s copied on this email) about picking up the telephones.

Su replied the same day, stating:

Thanks, John.

Tim, it is good to meet you, and please let me know what works for you in terms of timing the next couple days.

By May 4, 2022, according to the senators’ letter:

FBI officials had taken possession of the government-issued phones used by both Trump and Pence.

Despite the collection of these devices, Trump was not yet a named target in the Arctic Frost investigation at the time, a point the senators emphasize in their request for more transparency.

The senators wrote:

In order to conduct our constitutional oversight responsibilities, and to determine who later added President Trump as a criminal subject to the case, we reiterate our request for your offices to produce all DOJ and FBI records in the Arctic Frost investigation.

Johnson, who serves as chairman of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and Grassley have requested that all responsive records related to the case be submitted by April 21.

The Department of Justice and FBI have not yet issued public responses to the request.
