International organizations, like the Palestinian Authority, announce budget cuts in the hopes that someone will swoop in and shower them with money, but the money showers have all but ended.
Not only the Trump administration, rather the entire world is navigating challenging economies and cutting back.

So, there is less money for the international sex trafficking fund known as the U.N.
‘The United Nations is looking to cut its budget and eliminate nearly 7,000 jobs,’ an internal memo obtained by Reuters found.
The directive from the U.N. Secretariat asked staff to detail cuts by June 13 as it prepares to slash its $3.7 billion budget by 20%.
U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres said the budget changes were because it was a time of ‘intense uncertainty and unpredictability.’
Guterres briefly explained:
Resources are shrinking across the board—and they have been for a long time.
Resources shrink for socialists but expand for capitalists. When you cannot create value, then growth is not exactly an option except as parasitism, and when the explicit premise of your globalist movement is to end growth, then decline and malaise is all you have to offer.
Not to worry, however. Plenty of money will be found for global conferences and private jets for the brass. They may just have to cut down from 9 assistants to 7 and maybe even free a few of their child slaves.
Final thoughts: The Trump Effect is the force behind the diminishing funds being thrown at the Save the World programs that do not save anything or anyone, rather support lavish lifestyles of the very few and cause hardship for the masses. Not to mention the hostility that is being funded.
The Trump administration is in the process of bringing to a close the money laundering NGOs and the Save the World programs that may have once provided an ounce of good will, but at the cost of a pound of flesh they are no longer seen to be cost effective.

They were invented in the 1960s by the KGB, in collaboration with Yasir Arafat, for propaganda purposes.
NOTE: There has been much written about a geographical area called Palestine and the political creation—at varying times throughout recent history—of a Palestinian people out of the name Palestine.
Today, the case can be made that the “Palestinians” are the most successful propaganda effort in world history.
It is long past time for the foreign policy establishment in Washington to acknowledge that this people never existed throughout history, and to come to grips with the implications of that fact for their claim to be the ‘indigenous people’ of the region that today comprises the state of Israel and its environs.
