The following is an installment of Trump-Vance team accomplishments (each article is linked for further info):
(NOTE: Relax! We the People may not have even thought of some of this stuff, but the Trump-Vance ‘A’ team is already on top of it.)
1. Trump Issues Warning as Radical Judges Threaten to Block His Tariffs
A federal appeals court on Thursday temporarily reinstated President Trump’s tariffs after the Court of International Trade in New York said President Trump exceeded his authority to impose tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA).
President Trump on Sunday issued a warning as radical judges threaten to block his tariffs.
Final thought: President Trump is remaining within his constitutional bounds, but this lawfare cannot go on much longer.
2. The Big Beautiful Bill Will Foster American Energy Dominance and Ensure Grid Stability
On Feb. 14, Trump established the American Energy Dominance Council, “to achieve energy dominance by improving the processes for permitting, production, generation, distribution, regulation, and transportation across all forms of American energy.”
Unlike The Obiden Regime, Trump supports common-sense energy policy that ensures Americans have access to reliable, affordable, and abundant energy.
More importantly, Trump is a climate realist who understands it is literally impossible to immediately transition to so-called green energy while simultaneously eliminating the mass use of fossil fuel energy sources.
And as president, there is only so much Trump can do on his own with executive orders and other actions to push forward his drill-baby-drill agenda. What’s more, almost all of his pro-energy executive actions can be undone by a future president.
Fortunately, the reconciliation bill, which was recently passed by the House of Representatives and is now working its way through the Senate, would codify fundamental elements of Trump’s American energy dominance agenda into law.
According to Anne Bradbury, CEO of the American Exploration and Production Council:
This legislation takes decisive steps towards improving our nation’s energy landscape by repealing the [Obiden-era methane] tax, unlocking oil and gas development on federal lands, and alleviating regulatory pain points that have stymied the build out of American energy.
Further:
Passing this bill is essential to secure America’s energy dominance through smart, durable reforms.
In general, the energy provisions of the “One Big Beautiful Bill” focus on two main things:
– undoing many of the crony capitalist green-energy scams that were passed under the Inflation Reduction Act, and
– reforming the federal permitting process for energy infrastructure projects.
3. Another MAGA Win for Free Speech in EU: YouTuber Shlomo FREED from Prison After Appealing to VP Vance
Days before German Chancellor Friedrich Merz is set to visit President Trump in the White House Thursday, Germany’s leading political prisoner YouTuber Aron Pielka has unexpectedly been freed from prison for the crime of burning a Koran (The Gateway Pundit reported). Speaking on Sunday, Aron recounted his arrest and 9-month imprisonment, ending with an impassioned appeal for Free Speech and a patriotic renaissance in Germany.

Pielka, who goes by the mock-Jewish alias Shlomo Finkelstein to troll Nazis and antisemites, was arrested on August 13, 2024, by a SWAT team in front of his 1 1/2-year-old son for violating the provisions of his suspended sentence for crimes including critically using a picture of Nazi leader Goebbels, burning a Koran on video and playing the satirical song “What does the Black Say?” by Israeli-American comedian Rucka Rucka Ali.
On Tuesday afternoon, August 13, Aron went for a walk with his son, who had just turned 1, he recalled:
At a bus stop, a causally-dressed German man with red hair and a red beard, wearing a green sweater, in civilian clothes, approached me. He spoke perfect German, but claimed to have trouble reading the bus schedule. He asked me verbatim, ‘Can you please explain the bus scheduling to me?’ This sounded odd to me, but I leaned over the schedule anyway. Suddenly I was struck on the back of the neck. Someone rammed an elbow into my neck, one or two people snuck up from behind. My arms were wrenched behind my back. They tore the stroller away from me, which I was still pushing. From all corners, officers jumped out—some in civilian clothes, some armed SWAT officers. One of the officers behind me whispered directly into my ear, ‘Don’t do anything stupid now. Think of the kid.’
Further:
They were already shouting ‘Police’ and so on. It all happened so fast that, in the first moment, and given the civilian appearance of it all, I thought I was being mugged. I thought, okay, what do I do? Here’s my wallet, now get lost and give me my boy back.
Pielka was taken to jail bent over forward in a perp walk, blindfolded and in an arm lock.
4. 181 Rulings to Slow Trump’s Agenda & the Insanity Behind Most of Them
In four months, there have been 181 rulings by activist judges who are either compromised or simply acting unconstitutionally to try to stop President Trump’s agenda on every issue. The man behind most of them is Chief Justice Robert’s leftist friend, the deranged Norm Eisen.
Far-left operative Norm Eisen is continuing his lawfare against Donald Trump. Aligned with the ACLU, Eisen is filing lawsuits with the far-left judges against everything President Trump is doing.
Eisen, the founder of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), funded by Soros, has halted temporarily over half of the president’s agenda. He is obsessed with destroying the administration.
The lawfare judges are able to do it due to bogus cases funded by far-left operatives (Read: Soros et al) and their unscrupulous lawyers. Norm Eisen recently boasted he is behind 152 of the lawsuits to stop the Republican agenda.
What Norm Eisen is doing is continuing the color revolution he has been running against Trump and MAGA since 2017. He is once again trying to overthrow the Trump administration via lawsuits, protests, etc.
Let us not forget, however, President Trump has a plan, and these extreme measures by Eisen are contributing toward The Plan by informing We the American People of the far reach of the Deep State which the president is draining.
5. Sec. Rubio Calls for Peace after Ukraine Wiped Out Russian Bombers
Secretary of State Marco Rubio has doubled down on President Trump’s demand for peace talks between Ukraine and Russia after the war escalated over the weekend with a series of intense bombings inside both countries.
Rubio told Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Sunday both sides needed to engage in direct talks “to achieve a lasting peace,”
The message came after Ukraine’s forces allegedly wiped out and damaged 41 of the Kremlin’s nuclear bombers and aircraft, attacking at least four air bases across Russia in a massive operation.
Russia denies the depth and breadth of the Ukranian success, and have not yet re-approached peace negotiations.
6. DHS Head Noem Defies Liberal Critics, Reveals Agency Is “Going to Do Mass Deportations”
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was on Fox News Channel’s Sunday Morning Futures this week, and she laid out the Trump administration’s plans to secure our nation, confirming what many have hoped for.
The secretary said:
Yes, the president is doing exactly what he campaigned on and what the American people elected him to do, and that’s enforce the law. And so we are going to do mass deportations.
Further:
We are [currently] focusing on dangerous criminals [to] make sure our communities are safer again.
And:
[The idea we should] ignore these sanctuary cities and ignore laws so that we can keep somebody in a job is absolutely ridiculous. That’s not what America is about.
The secretary confirmed the Trump administration will conduct mass deportations to enforce laws—promises made to the American people will be promises kept.
