The following is an installment of Trump-Vance team accomplishments (each article is linked for further info):
(NOTE: Relax! We the People may not have even thought of some of this stuff, but the Trump-Vance ‘A’ team is already on top of it.)
1. Trump Detailed Most Recent Phone Call with Vladimir Putin
President Trump explained they spoke about Israel’s war in Iran and the prisoner swaps he is doing with Ukraine.
Below is what the president wrote:
President Putin called this morning to very nicely wish me a Happy Birthday, but to more importantly, talk about Iran, a country he knows very well. We talked at length. Much less time was spent talking about Russia/Ukraine, but that will be for next week. He is doing the planned prisoner swaps—large numbers of prisoners are being exchanged, immediately, from both sides. The call lasted approximately 1 hour. He feels, as do I, this war in Israel-Iran should end, to which I explained, his war should also end.
2. Trump Responded to Tucker Carlson Concerning Supporting Israel’s Attack on Iran
The Atlantic asked the president about Carlson’s demand that America should not support Israel in their war with Iran because supporting them would not be ‘America First.’
The president vehemently disagreed, having said:
‘America First’ is about peace, and allowing Iran to get a nuke is not peace.
Further:
[C]onsidering I’m the one that developed ‘America First,’ and considering the term wasn’t used until I came along, I think I’m the one that decides that.
And:
For those people who say they want peace—you can’t have peace if Iran has a nuclear weapon. So, for all of those wonderful people who don’t want to do anything about Iran having a nuclear weapon—that’s not peace.
Carlson had also said:
Washington knew these attacks would happen. They aided Israel in carrying them out. Politicians purporting to be America First can’t now credibly turn around and say they had nothing to do with it. Our country is in deep.
Further:
What happens next will define Donald Trump’s presidency.
The president’s response concluded:
Iran cannot have a nuclear bomb, very simple. Regardless—Israel or not Israel—Iran cannot have a nuclear bomb.
3. Trump Admin Considering Adding 36 Countries to Travel Ban
The new list of countries includes 25 African nations, including U.S. partners such as Egypt and Djibouti, plus countries in the Caribbean, Central Asia, and several Pacific Island nations.

The move comes a day after Israel launched attacks on the heart of Iran’s nuclear and military structure, deploying warplanes and drones previously smuggled into the country to assault key facilities and kill top generals and scientists.
The memo viewed by the Post said some of the countries had “no competent or cooperative central government authority to produce reliable identity documents or other civil documents” or suffered from “widespread government fraud.”
Others had large numbers of citizens who overstayed their visas in the U.S.
The countries have until Wednesday at 8 a.m. ET to provide an initial action plan for meeting the State Department’s requirements.
4. Hegseth: Trump Is ‘Dialed In’ on Israel-Iran Conflict, Slammed the Obiden ‘Autopen’ Leadership
President Donald Trump is fully engaged and focused on the growing conflict between Israel and Iran. Speaking on the matter, Hegseth said Trump is not just watching events unfold; he is actively weighing in, listening to advisors, and showing the leadership the region demands.
As tensions rise in the Middle East, Hegseth praised Trump’s decisive stance and commitment to standing firmly with Israel, sending a strong message to both allies and enemies that the U.S. under Trump will not back down in the face of threats from the Iranian regime.
On Saturday, Hegseth told reporters that President Trump is fully “dialed in” on the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran following Israel’s recent strikes on Iranian nuclear sites. He emphasized that Trump is actively engaged and leading the response, not phoning it in. Taking a swipe at former President Joe Biden, Hegseth said this is “not an autopen moment,” referencing reports that Biden relied on staff to handle key decisions during major crises.
He also reassured Americans the United States is fully prepared to defend its personnel and assets in the Middle East against any future aggression from Iran.
Hegseth stated:
We will keep Americans safe. You saw what Secretary [of State] Rubio said in his first statement, ultimately, it should be clear to Iran that they should not turn their gaze to the United States, that would be a bad idea.
The SecDef’s comments come after Iran pulled out of nuclear talks with the U.S. on Sunday, calling them “meaningless.”
5. Trump’s Soaring Remarks Cap Off the Army’s 250th Birthday Parade, Celebration
In a special moment at the conclusion of the Grand Military Parade held on Saturday in Washington, D.C.—our nation’s capital—President Donald Trump led some new and reenlisting Army servicemembers in an enthusiastic swearing-in ceremony:

That dovetailed with some truly brief remarks from the commander in chief in celebration of the military branch’s 250th birthday.
Pres. Trump started off by thanking the “greatest, fiercest, and bravest fighting force,” saying that the Army helps keep America “free, you make us strong,” and on Saturday, wherever they are watching from around the world, the U.S, Army “[has] made all Americans proud.”
.@POTUS at the @USArmy Grand Military Parade: "Thank you to the GREATEST, FIERCEST, and BRAVEST fighting force ever to stride the face of this earth, the UNITED STATES ARMY… The Army keeps us free, you make us strong, and tonight, you have made all Americans very proud." pic.twitter.com/UirT7SqLCw

The president moved on to speak directly to our nation’s enemies, stating that any who seek to threaten Americans will find their “downfall will be complete” at the hands of the U.S. military:
.@POTUS: "If you threaten the American people, our soldiers are coming for you. Your defeat will be certain; your demise will be final … because our soldiers never give up, never surrender, and never, ever quit. They fight, fight, fight — and they win, win, win." pic.twitter.com/A6JsTtXW83

Then a representative of the U.S. Army’s Golden Knights took the stage, and presented the POTUS, now joined by First Lady Melania Trump, with the American flag that flew over Washington during the day’s celebration of the Army’s 250th birthday and parade:

Near the end of his soaring speech, President Trump told the assembled soldiers:
.@POTUS: "No matter the risks, no matter the obstacles, our warriors will charge into battle… and they will seize the crown of victory because the United States of America will always have the grace of Almighty God and the IRON WILL OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY." 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/4ar7uaqIFh

Down through history, we’ve been blessed beyond words by this valiant legion of Army warriors and patriots, heroes and legends.
And tonight, we affirm with unwavering certainty that in the years ahead, and in every generation hence, whenever duty calls and whatever danger comes, the American soldier will be there.
No matter the risks, no matter the obstacles, our warriors will charge into battle. They will plunge into the crucible of fire, and they will seize the crown of victory because the United States of America will always have the grace of Almighty God and the iron will of the United States Army.
Trump then congratulated the servicemembers once again, adding that “we love our country and we’ve never done better.” The capper was the singing of “God Bless the USA.”
