This week someone has delivered apparent bombs to some prominent liberals in the New York area including George Soros, Hillary Clinton, and John Brennan c/o CNN. NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, also a democrat though not so prominent, desperately wanted in on the action and announced breathlessly that he too was a victim of the package bomber. As it turns out, he was sent an information package from someone he knows, which is sad, but Cuomo wasn’t about to be left out. In reaction to receiving a letter in the mail the governor actually deployed the National Guard, which I think qualifies as the most pathetic liberal overreaction ever.
As The Democrat & Chronicle reports, amid news that possible explosive devices had been found at CNN as well at the Soros and Clinton residences, Andrew Cuomo too announced he had been delivered a suspicious package.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo said a “device” was sent to his Manhattan office Wednesday amid suspicious packages being sent to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and CNN’s Manhattan office.
…Cuomo announced live on national television: “A device has been sent to my office in Manhattan, which we were just informed about, and that device is also being handled.”
Now wait for it…
But within an hour, NYPD said there was nothing unsafe found.
It turned out the “device” was a letter and USB flash drive, according to the New York City Police Department.
“The earlier suspicious package at Governor Cuomo’s office in midtown has been cleared by NYPD personnel. It was unrelated. And there was no device of any kind,” said NYPD spokesman J. Peter Donald.
This letter was actually an information package about the patriot group The Proud Boys, who recently beat the shit out of some Antifa thugs in NYC, and came from someone who is known to Gov. Cuomo.

“Over the last two days, explosive devices have been found at three New York locations that we are aware of, and State Police are assisting Secret Service and other relevant federal and local authorities in this ongoing investigation,” said Cuomo in a statement.
And then here’s where everything going completely bonkers:
“Public safety is our number one priority, and we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of New Yorkers. Out of an abundance of caution, I am deploying 100 additional National Guard soldiers and directing State law enforcement to double security at vital assets across New York,” said Cuomo.
That National Guard deployment included protecting all of the bridges and tunnels in NYC as well as the area airports.
“New Yorkers have never succumbed to fear or intimidation, and today will be no different. We are tough, we are resilient and we will not allow terrorist thugs to change the way we lead our lives. We will not let terrorism win — not today, not ever,” Cuomo said.
He got a letter in the mail and then deployed the National Guard. The terrorists have clearly won.
Can you imagine what would have happened if Cuomo got a soap or lotion sample in the mail? He would have declared martial law and put the entire state on lockdown.
Andrew Cuomo is one of the many democrats who intends to run and lose against Donald Trump in 2020. He so desperately wants to be one of the elite democrats like Obama and Hillary that he’s pretending that getting a letter in the mail is cause for deploying the National Guard. He’s definitely as full of shit as Hillary and Obama and has an inflated sense of self-worth like them, but he’s still on the D-list no matter how much he overreacts.
