Matt Lauer was running a rape dungeon out of his office for decades and NBC couldn’t have cared less but the second Megyn Kelly says something that hysterical liberals think is racist, she gets fired. Kelly made a remark about how when she was kid it was okay to wear blackface as part of a Halloween costume. That’s a 100% accurate statement, but liberals went nuts, mostly because Kelly isn’t part of the liberal in-crowd who is allowed to be racist AF, and because NBC is as liberal as they come, they cancelled her show.
On Tuesday on Megyn Kelly Today there was a panel discussion on blackface and the host asked if this was something that is always inappropriate.
“But what is racist? Because you get in trouble if you’re a white person who puts on blackface on Halloween, or a black person who puts on white face for Halloween… back when I was a kid that was OK, as long as you were dressing like a character,” Kelly said.
First of all, she couldn’t have been any more equal with this statement saying that both blackface for white people and whiteface for black people is something that’s troubling now days. Then she says that when she was a kid, this was something that was acceptable. Kelly was a kid in the 70’s and 80’s and blackface, as part of a Halloween costume, was most certainly acceptable back then. It’s only been in the past few years that liberals have started freaking out about this. Kids used to go trick-or-treating as Mohammad Ali, Bruce Lee, or an Indian Chief and it was never an outrage.
Kelly acknowledged that times have changed, but she certainly didn’t endorse kids going in blackface now. She simply told a fact about they way things used to be but you know how much facts outrage liberals. Almost instantly the entire left side of the country was crying “racism!”
Kelly knew the hammer was about to drop so on Wednesday she issued a tearful apology. It didn’t matter because only liberals are allowed to apologize for things like this and by Thursday it was apparent NBC was kicking ass to the curb.

Megyn Kelly’s troubled hour of the NBC News flagship “Today” show has been canceled as the Peacock Network continues to deal with backlash surrounding it’s now former host’s recent “blackface” remarks.
“’Megyn Kelly Today’ is not returning. Next week, the 9 a.m. hour will be hosted by other TODAY co-anchors,” an NBC News spokesperson told Fox News.
This is some serious liberal hysteria and faux outrage on NBC’s part. The truth of the matter is, Kelly’s ratings were shitty and the network was looking for any excuse to fire her. The joke’s on them however, because they still have to pay out the remainder of her $68 million contract.
This is how it is in the liberal entertainment industry. Roseanne Barr was fired and ruined because she made a mildly racist joke about former Obama aide Valerie Jarret. Roseanne apologized, but because she’s not a liberal, she was still exiled. On the other hand, liberal weasel Bill Maher straight-up used the N-word on his HBO show and never even got a suspension. Instead of apologizing, Maher brought on a black guest who said it was okay for Maher to be racist.
I know that Kelly was on Fox News but I’m hesitant to call her a hard-core conservative. She’s definitely not a liberal kook, which is why she was fired, but maybe something in the middle like a right-leaning moderate. I neither love nor hate Kelly, but I do think this firing is absurd. And let’s face it, she was fired because she isn’t part of the liberal inner-circle of scumbags. If she had been, she could have actually come on the air in blackface and nobody would have said a word.
