In a speech in which Cory Booker called for political leaders to tone the violent and hateful rhetoric, the New Jersey senator also accused white people of being terrorists. He then framed this hypocrisy with his new catch phrase “words matter.” I guess that’s slightly better than his old slogan “I am Spartacus” but it’s no less full of crap. If words mattered to Booker he wouldn’t have called then-SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh “evil” and he definitely would have written about how he sexually assaulted a drunk girl in high school. He’s a democrat so when he says “words matter” he means they matter when Republicans say them, not when he or his fellow liberals do.
Democrats and their wacko liberal minions have been spewing hate and calling for violence against Republicans since the day Donald Trump was elected President. Republicans have been shot, beaten, and threatened in an unprecedented wave of leftist violence, but the democrats didn’t think their words mattered. That all changed last week when a Trump-loving male stripper sent some fake bombs to top democrats and now suddenly this violent rhetoric must come to an end. Nobody from the GOP including President Trump ever said people should mail fake bombs to democrats, but that doesn’t matter to liberals who are sure Republicans have been sending psychic signals to incite faux violence.
And in walks Cory Booker. NJ.com reports that Spartacus was talking to a group of young democrats at the New Hampshire University campus Sunday.
“We need to understand that words matter and that we all need to be mindful of what we’re saying,” Booker said.
Speaking of being mindful of what we’re saying, Booker didn’t mind saying this:
Booker, D-N.J., said the majority of terrorist attacks since 9/11 have come from white supremacist and other right-wing groups.
WTF!?! Booker just said, “We need to tone down the negative rhetoric and by the way white people and conservatives are all terrorists.”
It’s interesting how liberals all start the terrorism calendar the day after Muslim terrorists killed 3,000 Americans, isn’t it? It’s like, if you disregard that those 3,000 lives, then white people are the real terrorists.
This liberal line of saying white nationalists and right-wingers are responsible for most terrorist attacks in the US is equally as bullshit. Show your work. Where are all of these white guy terrorist attacks? I can think of a ton of Muslim terrorist attacks since 9/11 like San Bernardino, Orlando, and NYC, but I’m drawing a blank on all of these white nationalist terror attacks.
I actually know why Booker and liberals keep repeating this lie and it’s because of the skewed way they perceive things. First, when a Muslim kills Americans in the name of Islam, they don’t consider that to be a terrorist attack. However, whatever a white person does for any reason it goes in the liberal books as a terrorist attack. Compounding the issue, liberals also lump leftist terrorists like violent Bernie Bro shooters and stabbers in with the right-wing white nationalist crowd. They even consider the the Dallas police ambush perpetrated by a black separatist to be a right-wing terror attack.
Booker wasn’t quite done being full of shit. In reference to those fictitious white conservative terrorists, he said they are getting their cues from white conservative leaders:
“A lot of them are using the rhetoric of leaders in this country in their propaganda. We should be doing so much more to be condemning hatred and to be calling towards life and live and unity in our country,” said Booker.
Again, when he says “we” should be doing this, he means Republicans. Democrats like him are free to continue spewing their hatred for most American people.
In a quick recap: Cory Booker said words matter right before accusing white people and those on the right side of the political spectrum of being “terrorists” and then scolded those same white right-wingers for using divisive and hateful rhetoric.
While words clearly don’t matter to democrats, their subtext means everything. Cory Booker is running for president in 2020 and what he really said here was, “You thought Obama was full of shit? Wait till they get a load of me.”
