A group of migrants from Honduras set out with the intended purpose of getting into the United States last month, The caravan breezed through Guatemala and stormed into Mexico, with their numbers swelling to over 7,000. President Trump has pleaded with the migrants to turn back and threatened to cut off foreign aid to the Central American countries they come from if these nations don’t do something to stop them. Trump has said there is no way in hell these migrants are getting into the US, so the are now suing the President.

A dozen migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.
Twelve Honduran nationals, including six children, are listed as plaintiffs in the lawsuit. The suit, which was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., said it is widely known that Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador are “undergoing a well-documented human rights crisis.” The lawsuit also claims that the plaintiffs’ right to the Administrative Procedures Act and the Declaratory Judgement Act were being infringed upon.
Illegal immigrants are not protected by the US Constitution, but the Supreme Court has ruled that those facing deportation have a right to a hearing. These caravan f*ckers aren’t even illegal immigrants as they haven’t yet illegally entered the US. They are potential illegal immigrants and are guilty of conspiring to illegally immigrate, but they ain’t here, which makes this lawsuit the dumbest thing ever.
It does bring up the question of who filed this lawsuit. Obviously a bunch of scumbags in the middle of nowhere Mexico weren’t able to file a suit in Washington DC, or even have enough knowledge to draft a lawsuit in English, so who’s behind it? My money is on the ACLU, because the misnamed American Civil Liberties Union now deals almost exclusively in protecting the nonexistent rights of foreign nationals. It’s either them or some George Soros backed group.
The lawsuit points to Trump’s claim that he will prevent the caravan from entering the U.S. It claims that the president cannot stop asylum-seekers by employing the military — when they have a fair claim. The suit criticized the president’s alleged attempt at stoking “fear and hysteria” by claiming that criminals and gang members have joined the caravan.
So if Trump can prove there are criminals in the caravan, the lawsuit gets tossed? That should be pretty easy. The caravan numbers are reportedly down to around 4,000, but if you have even that many poor Central American migrants, chances are at least half of them rapists and murderers. Just look for the guys with the face tattoos. That’s a dead giveaway.
There is also the inconvenient problem that people from Central America have no legitimate claim of asylum. Yes, their countries are shitholes, but they aren’t war zones or afflicted with some other catastrophe, which is pre-requisite for asylum seekers. Even the Obama administration didn’t recognize people from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador as legitimate asylum seekers. Just because America is better doesn’t entitle the world’s losers to come here.
When Mexico tried to stop the caravan from entering at the Guatemalan border, these scumbags pelted the Mexican police with rocks. They are aren’t trying to escape violence, they are bringing it with them. President Trump has ordered the military to the US border with instructions to treat rock-throwers like they are armed with rifles, which is the coolest thing a US President has ever said.
