“Oreo cookie” is an insult against black people accused of being too white. The deal is, they are black on the outside and white on the inside. Hawaii democrat Ed Case claims he’s white on the outside but Asian in the inside. I can’t actually think of a snack food that would describe that other than a reverse Twinkie, but since those doesn’t exist, let’s just call him a liberal pandering lunatic.
Rep. Ed Case is a very white democrat from Hawaii. An interesting thing about him is that at one point he defeated Mike Gabbard to retain his seat. Gabbard is the Republican father of leftist lunatic Rep Tulsi Gabbard who for some reason just announced she is running for president in 2020.
National Review’s Nicholas Wu recently caught up with Case and dropped this stunning report:

Man, I wish there was video of this or at least some context. I guess it doesn’t really matter, the dude proclaimed himself an Asian trapped in a white man’s body. That easily qualifies as the worst example of liberal pandering ever recorded. When Hillary Clinton was pretending to have a black accent in a black church doesn’t even come close.
I’m sure the the Asian people of his district are well aware of the fact that he’s a white guy, but for some reason he feels the need to Asian-ize himself. This is kind of like if he pulled his eyes back to make himself look Asian only way worse. Instead of mocking Asians, he’s trying claim he’s actually Asian. If Elizabeth Warren is “Pocahontas” Ed Case just proclaimed himself as “Charlie Chan.”
The very odd thing here is that Ed Case is considered a moderate or “blue dog” democrat. He has in the past held many centrist and conservative positions, including opposing same-sex marriage. With the hilarious Asian proclamation, Case is signaling that he’s Fosbury flopping over to the extreme left ideology that has taken over the Democratic Party.
The cool thing for Case is that he’s a democrat and this shameless race-based pander won’t cause a stir at all. Look at democrat superstar Beto O’Rourke who pretends to be Hispanic. Nobody gives two shits about his cultural appropriation. Why would they care that Ed Case is pretending the he’s somehow Asian?
Now if a Republican tried this shit it would be an outrage. Texas Senator Ted Cruz actually is Hispanic and the liberal media treats him like a racist for claiming Cuban heritage. The same is true of Marco Rubio. Hell, the liberal media portrays Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as a racist because he’s married to an Asian woman. Imagine the the liberal freak-out if McConnell said he in any way identified with Asian culture.
Thanks to an awesome set of rules conceived by liberals, Ed Case is free to proclaim himself an Asian without raising any kind of stink whatsoever. Democrats can be racist, sexist, or any other kind of “ist” without eliciting any outrage. Those same rules dictate that things are only bad if conservatives do them. Democrats? They are free to be as disgusting as they want to be; there are no repercussions coming.
Oh snap! I just realize what kind of food Ed Case is: he’s an egg. If he says he’s white on the outside but Asian on the inside there isn’ anything more perfect than an egg to describe him. He’s got a white outer shell and an inner yellow yoke, plus he’s fragile and gooey.
