Chicago Teen Takes on Cops, Now Prepares to Play the Ghetto Lottery

Yeah, there’s not much I can write here for an introduction. The title says it all. Minority behaves badly, disobeys police, resists arrest, assaults officers, then cries police brutality and the media is only more than happy to indulge them in their fantasy. Same old story . . .

16-Year-Old Girl Who Was Tased In Her High School By Chicago Police Shares Her Story

A 16-year-old high school student is sharing her side of the story after she was tased by a Chicago Police Officer and charged with two counts of felony aggravated battery to a peace officer after an altercation with officers last week.

According to Fox32 Chicago, the two officers were attempting to escort Dnigma Howard out of the school building after she got into some kind of incident with the Marshall High School’s assistant principal. Dnigma says the entire fallout started when she pulled out her cellphone in class as students were taking their final exams. The teen became angry, and her father was called to pick her up.

I can’t say for sure, but I’m reasonably certain that’s called cheating. Being caught for cheating is a not a reason to become angry, Dnigma. Every exam I’ve ever taken has forbidden the presence of cell phones, so whether she cheated or not, that’s still a no-no and still no reason to get pissed off about the consequences.

Her father, Laurentio Howard, actually saw the moment the encounter with police became violent.

“They walk up the stairs and the next thing you know, I see my daughter on her back coming down the first flight of stairs with the Chicago police officer on top of her,” the father said. “They had my daughter on the ground like that and throwing her around and the officer had his foot in my daughter’s stomach, on her leg, she’s screaming I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe.’

Excellent! While Dnigma probably isn’t performing very well in school, it seems she’s very thoroughly memorized one of Black Lives Matter mantras, “I can’t breathe!”

But the father’s statement is incorrect. He did not see when the violence started. He didn’t see what happened at the top of the stairs which is where things kicked off. What we can see is what happened at the bottom of those stairs. I see a teenager resisting arrest and striking an officer three times with her fists and feet, including this shot to the nuts:

As for an officer placing his foot in her stomach, I don’t see that. It’s on her upper leg. And who can blame him? She’s flailing at him like a banshee and he’s merely trying to protect himself . . . and the family jewels.

Video taken by an unidentified student shows the teen on the ground struggling while an officer is seen stepping on her foot, leg, and stomach.

Again, your going to have to show me where. Because I’m missing this whole stomach thing.

Police claim that the teen became aggressive and bit an officer, refusing to let go until they both fell down the stairs. Dnmiga Howard, on the other hand, claimed that she felt that the officer was trying to push her down the stairwell and was defending herself with her teeth.

Trying to escort her down the stairs is more likely. Then comes an admission of guilt that confirms the officers’ story. “I was defending myself with my teeth.” If you had bitten me, I’d have tased you too.

“I tried to walk the other way. He put his hand out in front of me and like pushed me toward the stairway which I reacted to grab his vest,” the teen said.

More admissions of guilt. Refusing to obey an officers orders. He directed you to go down the stairs and you refused, in fact you “walked the other way,” and then grabbed him. Jeez, girl. Didn’t you talk to your lawyer before you did this interview? He probably would have advised you not to make statements like these. Maybe you don’t have counsel yet, but I know you will. As we will see momentarily.

The two officers have since been removed from their duties at the high school, with the school district noting in a statement, “CPS strives to create safe and supportive learning environments for all students, and this disturbing incident has absolutely no place in our schools. To ensure a thorough review of this situation is conducted, we are asking the district’s Office of the Inspector General to review the matter and we will fully support the ongoing investigation by the City’s Civilian Office of Police Accountability.”

Although Laurentio Howard is happy that the officers were removed from the school, he still has questions as to why his daughter’s Behavior Intervention Plan and Individualized Education Program, both of which are on file with the school district, were not followed.

Aha! The old Behavior Intervention Plan. Meaning this child routinely behaves so poorly and continuously at school that they had to formulate a special plan to de-escalate her inappropriate behavior. So I’m not surprised to see her striking police officers.

According to the father, instead of attempting to remove the teen from the school building on Tuesday, she should have been allowed to talk to her counselor.

He seems to be such a concerned father. That’s great, but where was he when his (AT MOST) sixteen year-old daughter was posting selfies on her Facebook page (which has now been removed) in which she was wearing next to nothing . . .

. . . or indeed nothing at all, covering her private bits with strategically placed emojis! Shame on both of you!

Now, instead, the situation has been escalated and she is facing charges for injuries to the officers.

According to Fox32, one officer was treated at the University of Illinois Hospital for injuries to the face, leg, back, and shoulder, while the other officer was treated for injuries to the back, hand, knee and groin area.

Were these injuries caused by some other-worldly entity that we can’t see on the video? Nah. Dnigma dun did it.

And now for that lawyer part. Of course there’s a lawsuit coming and she’s even got some experts on the ghetto lottery coaching her as seen in these messages also from her Facebook page:

Soon she’ll spin the wheel, and although she doesn’t deserve them, possibly win big prizes.
