Democrats have a lot of anger and it’s so preoccupying that they don’t have time to get their facts straight before expressing it. This is why there is an almost constant stream of rage against President Trump for things Barack Obama did. Remember those pictures of immigrant kids in cages? The latest in this fact-free outrage comes from Senator Chris Murphy who ripped Trump for selling weapons to the Saudis that have now fallen into the hands of Al Qaeda. The only problem is, those weapons were sold when Obama was president, but I’m sure Trump is so evil he can retroactively make bad things happen.

The US shipped weapons and secrets to the Saudis and Emiratis. Now, some are in the hands of fighters linked to al Qaeda and Iran.
Saudi Arabia and its coalition partners have transferred American-made weapons to al Qaeda-linked fighters, hardline Salafi militias, and other factions waging war in Yemen, in violation of their agreements with the United States, a CNN investigation has found.
The weapons have also made their way into the hands of Iranian-backed rebels battling the coalition for control of the country, exposing some of America’s sensitive military technology to Tehran and potentially endangering the lives of US troops in other conflict zones.
Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy, a democrat of course, was furious over this report and tweeted out his rage:

But obviously Murphy’s outrage was so intense that he couldn’t be bothered to click on the link he tweeted or read the article that got him so hot under the collar. If he had actually read the article, he might have noticed these details:
One of those militias linked to AQAP, the Abu Abbas brigade, now possesses US-made Oshkosh armored vehicles, paraded in a 2015 show of force through the city.
And there are deadlier forms of weaponry that have made their way into the city. In October 2015, military forces loyal to the government boasted on Saudi- and UAE-backed media that the Saudis had airdropped American-made TOW anti-tank missiles on the same frontline where AQAP had been known to operate at the time.
The vehicle was part of a $2.5 billion sale to the UAE in 2014.
So all of these US made weapons were sold to the Saudis in 2014 and 2015? Refresh my memory, who was President of the United States during that period? Oh yeah, it was that lazy guy with the transgender wife, I believe he was called Obama.
In reality, Chris Murphy is attacking Barack Obama, which as we all know is very very racist. I’m gonna tell Al Sharpton and he’s going to go race-hustling medieval on Murphy’s ass.
This actually manages to get even more ridiculous because even fake news CNN tries to make it seem like this is President Trump’s fault and it’s their own article that proves he isn’t responsible:

Since then, some of America’s “beautiful military equipment,” as US President Donald Trump once called it, has been passed on, sold, stolen or abandoned in Yemen’s state of chaos, where murky alliances and fractured politics mean little hope for any system of accountability or tracking.
