Liberals believe that if Joe Biden had run in 2016 he would have won, but liberals believe a lot of things about that election that aren’t true. He is almost certainly running in 2020, but a lot has changed since. Namely, democrats have decided that they hate old white men and Biden, being an old white man, has many challenges. No worries, the former VP assures us he knows what it’s like to be black and vows to change the “white man’s culture.” If that doesn’t work, look for Biden to officially declare African ancestry.
Fox News reports that Biden gave some kind of speech on Tuesday where he addressed his role in the 1991 Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings. Much like Brett Kavanaugh last year, the liberals rolled out a woman making unsubstantiated claims of sexual harassment. Biden has taken a lot of crap on the left for what they perceive as the mistreatment of Anita Hill, who accused then-SCOTUS nominee Thomas of making unwanted sexual advances. Because Hill is black, the perceived mistreatment of Hill is seen as racist. Biden did his best to smooth things over:
“To this day I regret I couldn’t come up with a way to give her the kind of hearing she deserved. I wish I could have done something,” said Biden.
Biden, a Senator at the time, was the head of the Senate Judiciary Committee, who conducted the Thomas hearings as well as Anita Hill’s testimony. He was literally in charge of everything, so for him to lament that he couldn’t give her the kind of hearing she deserved is utter bullshit.
Speaking of which, this is how he intends to make amends:
Biden called on Americans to “change the culture” that dates back centuries and allows pervasive violence against women. “It’s an English jurisprudential culture, a white man’s culture. It’s got to change,” he said.
So super-white guy demands that white culture must be abolished because he is accused of racism 28 years ago? That seems a bit extreme, doesn’t it? Can’t he just admit that like all democrats he’s a closeted racist and let the rest of us be who we are?
If Biden is successful in wiping out the white man’s culture, where does that leave him as a white man? Luckily, Biden claims that he knows what it’s like to be black, so he’s already got his ass covered. The Washington Free Beacon dug up this video of Biden from 1974:
Biden was discussing camping finance when he said this:
“See, I went to the big guys for the money. I was ready to prostitute myself,” said Biden. “But what happened was they said ‘come back when you’re 40, son.’”
Now wait for it:
“I’m like the token black or the token woman. I was the token young person,” said Biden.
There you have it. Biden is willing to get rid of the white man’s culture because he’s more or less a token black. I can’t help but to feel that if a Republican ever said anything like this, it would be problematic. Good thing for Joe hypocritical liberal culture is alive and well.
I think what this really signals is that democrats plan on running a “hate whitey” platform for 2020. This will play well in the democratic primaries, where guilty white liberals will lap it up, but in the general election? Not so much. For some weird reason hard working decent people don’t like being told they are evil because they have white skin.
