Democrats Introduce ‘Blacks-Only’ Health Care Bill

We are taught that racism is bad, but it turns out it’s only bad if black people are excluded or victimized by it. Some black democrats have introduced a healthcare bill that provides exclusively for black women, excluding women of all other races. This would be racist if it was for white women only. Hell, it would be racist if it was for all women equally, because that’s how racism works according to racist democrats.

The Hill reports a thing that they don’t see any problem with because it involves democrats and black women:

A trio of Black lawmakers on Monday introduced an omnibus bill aimed at combating the significant health inequities that Black mothers face across the country.

Reps. Lauren Underwood (D-IL) and Alma Adams (D-N.C.), who co-chair the House’s Black Maternal Health Caucus, and Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) announced the act via a virtual press conference.

The package of bills would fund community organizations and state and local governments working to improve maternal health outcomes, training programs on bias, racism and discrimination in maternity care settings and efforts to grow the perinatal workforce.

It would also seek to address social determinants of health that can lead to poor health outcomes including access to housing, healthy food and water, transportation, child care services and improving access to health care.

Just in case you aren’t sure whether this bill is for all women and will also help black women or is exclusively for black women, check out the name: The Black Maternal Health Momnibus Act of 2021.

Generally speaking, you would think that any bill with “Momnibus” is the title was joke legislation, but democrats are not serious people even when they are being serious. Speaking of which, Cory “Spartacus” Booker thinks this racist bill is a done deal given the new administration’s focus on identity politics:

“I know of the White House’s commitment to issues of racial equity and to address the severe gaps we have in health care provision and outcomes in this country,” said Booker.

Please note that racial “equity” is different than racial equality. With equity everyone is treated the same but with equity some are treated “more equal.”

“During COVID-19, we’ve seen Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and Asian Americans face higher rates of exposure to the virus and suffer more severe health consequences upon infection, these disparities are unacceptable. The hour for bold action has arrived and bold action is what the momnibus represents,” said cosponsor Underwood.

But this bill doesn’t apply to Hispanic, Indigenous and Asian Americans, just black women. Otherwise they would have named it the Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and Asian Americans Momnibus.

While it seems seriously racist to have a bill that excludes people of certain races, these democrats are justifying it with a single anecdote:

Adams, 74, said that the inequity of Black maternal mortality was “deeply personal,” explaining how her daughter almost died from complications to childbirth after a physician ignored her complaints of abdominal pain — a pervasive issue throughout healthcare that’s at the center of Black maternal health disparities.

First, Adams needs to prove that her daughter almost died and second, she needs to show that no white woman woman has ever had a shitty doctor.

The Constitution guarantees all Americans “equal protection under the law” and forbids Congress from passing any laws that discriminate on the basis of sex or race. This piece of crap race hustling bill violates both of those Constitutional provisions, but it was introduced by black democrats so nobody will raise an eyebrow over it.
