We all know that President Trump has improved the economy, made fairer trade deals, elevated our standing in the world, and made this country safer and more prosperous, which is another way of saying he has made American great again. Is it possible that he also made Tiger Woods great again? Stay with me on this one: prior to Obama ,Tiger was the most dominant player on the planet. During Obama, Tiger’s career took a disappointing downturn. Now that Trump’s in charge, Tiger is back to winning major tournaments. When are we going to see those MTWGA hats?
On Sunday Tiger Woods won the Masters golf tournament in Augusta, Georgia. It was his 15th major tournament win, but his first since 2008. President Trump, who has played golf with Tiger sent out a congratulations.

Now let’s look at some numbers:
From 2001-2008 Tiger Woods won 9 major championships and 30 other tournaments. Coincidentally enough, during this period of dominance, George W. Bush, a Republican, was President of the United States.
From 2009-2016 Tiger Woods won exactly zero major championships and only 13 other tournaments. Not coincidentally enough, Barack Hussein Obama, a democrat, was president during this period of suckitude.
From 2017-2019 Tiger Woods is back on top, winning his first major in 11 years plus the 2018 PGA Tour Championship. Coincidentally enough, Donald J. Trump, a Republican, is the POTUS during this return to form.
Does this mean that Trumpa has made Tiger great again and that Obama made him terrible? Yes, if you use the science of liberal causation. According to the left, anything bad that happened while Trump has been in office is his fault. They blamed hurricanes on the President and even a mass shooting in New Zealand. If those things are true, and they’re not, then it stands to reason that Trump is why Tiger is kicking ass again.
There are however some important exemptions in this liberal school of thought: Trump is not allowed to take credit for good things, even if he’s directly responsible like the booming economy, record low unemployment, and world peace. On the other hand, Obama can’t be blamed for bad things, even if he was directly responsible like a dragging economy, high unemployment, and global unrest.
From a liberal perspective, Bush was actually responsible for Tiger Woods’ sagging golf career and Obama laid the ground work for his return to form, which Trump is now falsely taking credit for. Think I’m kidding? This is the exact argument Obama has used to describe the terrible economy under his watch: Bush ruined everything and then Obama fixed it, but the results didn’t show until Trump took office.
I’m not liberal so I’m going to give Trump credit for Tiger’s resurgence. Not only that, but I’ll also say that this proves that Trump has done more for black people than Obama ever did. In fact, black people do much better with a Republican in the White House than a democrat.
