We already know that it’s not racism or sexual assault if a liberal does it and today we learned that it’s not terrorism if a liberal commits it. That fat sack of crap who sent a threatening letter with white powder to Donald Trump Jr. was sentenced to exactly zero days in jail for his act of terrorism. I bet if he would sent a similar letter to Chelsea Clinton he would have got 25 to life, but that’s exactly how the liberal system of double-standards is supposed to work.
25-year-old Daniel Frisiello is no fan of President Trump or his family. Last year he sent a letter containing white powder, meant to appear as anthrax, to Donald Trump Jr.’s NYC home.
“You are an awful, awful person. I am surprised that your father lets you speak on TV. You are the family idiot, Eric looks smart. This is the reason why people hate you, so you are getting what you deserve,” read the letter.
Trump Jr.’s then-wife Vanessa opened the letter and, for obvious reasons, had a major panic attack. She was hospitalized with coughing, nausea, and breathing difficulties. It turned out the white powder was just corn starch, but that doesn’t make the crime any less f*cked up.
The FBI was able to trace the letter back to Frisiello, because he also liked to sent glitter-bombs to people with his return address. He was arrested and eventually convicted on 13 counts of mailing a threat to injure the person and six counts of false information and hoaxes.
Fox News reports that Frisiello was sentenced on Friday and the judge really came down on him. I’m kidding, he got probation for this cowardly terrorist act. Somehow this managed to get even worse:

On Friday, Federal Judge Nathaniel Gorton said he declined to send Frisiello to prison because of concerns the 25-year-old would not respond well to incarceration. Frisiello’s lawyer has said the man is developmentally disabled. But Groton stressed the sentence wasn’t “lenient”
Oh, that’s a thing now? People who might not thrive in prison don’t have to go? The guy was convicted of 19 felonies. That seems like someone who might need to go to prison to pay his debt to society, doesn’t it?
Sure, Frisiello has a lot of problems, but most of them appear to be physical and that shouldn’t give him a get out of jail free card. It’s like the judge was saying that this guy was too fat and goofy looking to go to jail.
Also, how can you tell if a liberal is developmentally disabled? Liberalism is almost indistinguishable from Down Syndrome.
Actually, this is a precedent setting case in which a federal judge is declaring Trump Derangement Syndrome a real disorder and allowing sufferers to use their irrational fear of the President as a viable defense. As long as you’re a frothing-at-the mouth liberal kook, nothing you do is crime.
This sentence seems shockingly light, but it’s not all rosy for Frisiello. During his probation he is forbidden from sending any more letters to Trump Jr.
We’ll get a chance to the see the liberal rule on display later this year when Cesar Sayoc, the guy who sent fake bombs to prominent democrats, is sentenced. Who thinks this guy is going to get probation?
