RNC Ad Destroys Bernie Over Idea To Allow Boston Marathon Bomber To Vote From Prison

He may not be a human gaffe machine with incurable diarrhea of the mouth like Joe Biden but Bernie Sanders seems to be determined to push the envelope when it comes to idiotic ideas that are guaranteed to turn off normal Americans.

Comrade Bernie remains a force to be reckoned with after he nearly pulled off the surprise upset of Hillary and had it not been for the corrupt DNC under Debbie Wasserman Shultz, Sanders may very well have won the nomination.

Drunk off his own unbelievable success in being able to dupe squishy and self-absorbed millennials into believing that socialism is like Christmas morning 365 days a year, the cunning old commie is a serious contender in 2020.

That is unless he continues to endorse insane ideas like allowing imprisoned murderers, terrorists, child molesters, rapists, and other scum to vote in elections which he called for on last week’s CNN town hall with several of the occupants of the Democrat clown car.

His fellow liberals were hesitant to denounce this lunacy but the RNC moved quickly after Sanders gave them a gift all wrapped up in a resplendent red bow and released the following hard-hitting ad; likely the first of many with a similar theme that will be repeated as the elections draw nearer.

Via The Washington Free Beacon, “RNC Ad Rips 2020 Dems for Supporting the Boston Bomber’s Right to Vote”:

The Republican National Committee released an ad Thursday hammering 2020 Democratic hopefuls who called for convicted felons like the Boston Marathon bomber being allowed to vote from behind bars.

The ad features news footage of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, which killed three people and injured hundreds and was carried out by the Tsarnaev brothers.

“Democrats believe this terrorist should be allowed to vote,” the ad’s text read, following a clip of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev defiantly flipping off a security camera while incarcerated.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.), as he had stated before, expressed supported letting Tsarnaev during a CNN town hall Monday after being asked whether felons should be allowed to vote, even while in prison.

“If somebody commits a serious crime, sexual assault, murder, they’re going to be punished,” Sanders said. “They may be in jail for 10 years, 20 years, 50 years, their whole lives. That’s what happens when you commit a serious crime, but I think the right to vote is inherent to our democracy. Yes, even for terrible people.”

Sen. Kamala Harris (D., Calif.) at another CNN town hall that evening didn’t oppose the notion when asked about it, saying, “I think we should have that conversation.” She walked back her response the next day.

The GOP ad included Sanders saying “this is what I believe. Do you believe in democracy?”

“Letting terrorists vote from prison isn’t democracy. It’s just wrong,” the ad’s text reads.

The ad also featured California identity politics queen and empty pantsuit Kamala Harris who was down with the idea but walked it back within 24 hours once her consultants had recovered from their cardiac arrests.
