Chicago Cubs Ban Fan For Making ‘OK’ Hand Gesture

As you may know, hysterical liberals think that when white people make an “OK” hand gesture they are signally their support for white supremacy. This is a complete crock of shit cooked up by leftist who have nothing better to do with their time, but they’ve apparently got it to stick. The Chicago Cubs have banned a fan from their stadium for life because he was seen on camera making something like the “OK” sign. I guess he can still go see the White Sox play, which is better because of their “white supremacist” name anyways.

During an NBC broadcast of a Cubs game, a fan was scene flashing this hand sign behind broadcaster Doug Glanville who is black. *gasp* I’m sure you can see where this going.

CBS Chicago reports that Cubs president of business operations Crane Kenney was outraged at this blatant display of “okayism” and launched and investigation:

“An individual seated behind Mr. Glanville used what appears to be an offensive hand gesture that is associated with racism. Such ignorant and repulsive behavior is not tolerated at Wrigley Field. We are reviewing the incident thoroughly because no one should be subjected to this type of offensive behavior,” said Kenney.

“We’re actively trying to find out the circumstances of how this person got into the seat and who they are, and that’s important. As we suggested in our statement last night, this type of behavior is reprehensible, it’s ignorant, and it’s not welcome at our ballpark,” added Cubs spokesman Julian Green.

And after an exhaustive search, they found the fan and brought the hammer down:

The Cubs have identified the fan who apparently flashed a racist hand gesture on TV during Tuesday nights game against the Marlins, and the team has banned him from the park.

At a news conference on Wednesday, Cubs boss Theo Epstein said the team was able determine the fan’s name and said he will be told that he is never welcome inside Wrigley Field again.

Maybe the first thing you noticed about this particular gesture is that it is more of an upside down “OK” hand gesture, which is even less of a symbol associated with racism. If an upside-down cross is associated with the anti-Christ, shouldn’t an upside OK sign be associated with anti-racism? Maybe I’m trying to make too much sense out something that defies reason.

The deal with the “OK” hand gesture is that some idiots on the Interwebz invented out of thin air that is representative of white power. The 3 fingers extending upwards make a “W” while the index finger joined with the thumb, along with the wrist, make a “P.” Get it? “WP” stands for white power. Even the ADL has said this is complete bullshit and isn’t a real thing, but liberals have picked up on it and made into a “fact.”

If you need proof of the success of this liberal disinformation campaign, the news proclaimed, “The gesture is commonly used by white supremacists” and blurred out the hand gesture because it was too shocking to broadcast.

Getting back to the upsidedown “OK” that got this fan banned for life, I think there’s actually a different meaning. His three fingers were pointing down making an “M” while his index finger, thumb, and wrist made a “B.” “MB” could very easily stand for the Milwaukee Brewers, which would explain why the Cubs kicked this dude out. Chicago hates the entire state of Wisconsin.

This is all very dumb, but the Cubs are damn serious about cracking down on any public displays of hand gestures:

The Cubs said any fan who does something like this during a game will be removed and permanently banned from Wrigley Field.

That means no “OK” signs, thumbs ups, peace signs, devil horns, or shockers. Middle fingers are okay as long as they are directed at the opposing team, especially if they are from Wisconsin.
