She wants to be on top…
Democrats may be doing lasting damage to their hopes of retaking the White House now that the massive field of presidential hopefuls is starting to snipe at each other.
The ballyhooed entry of former Vice President Joe Biden into the race and the immediate rush by the media to crown him as the nominee isn’t sitting well with the others who may not be willing to just roll over and be subservient to the geriatric hair sniffer.
Other than his age and rapidly declining mental faculties, the hardest thing for Dems was always going to be selling another old white guy to the fanatics in their base who have been fired up by years of the media promoting the conspiracy theory that America has been overrun by white nationalists and clamoring for a person of color atop the ticket.
A major breakthrough occurred last week when members of the influential Congressional Black Caucus had a brainstorm that the best way to beat President Trump would be with a Biden-Kamala Harris ‘dream’ ticket.

The Congressional Black Caucus may have found an answer to its Joe Biden dilemma: Vice President Kamala Harris.
Some black lawmakers are agonizing over whether to back Biden or two members of the close-knit caucus — Sens. Harris and Cory Booker — who also are vying for the White House, according to interviews with a dozen CBC members.
But with the former vice president jumping out to a huge, if early, lead in the polls, several CBC members are warming to the idea of a Biden-Harris ticket to take on President Donald Trump.
“That would be a dream ticket for me, a dream ticket!” said Rep. Lacy Clay (D-Mo.). “If she is not the nominee, that would be a dream ticket for this country.”
But that would be dependent on Harris – an arrogant identity politics queen from California – playing along and early indications are that she isn’t down with it.
At least in terms of falling into line under Biden who she has already relegated to the role of second banana with a reprise of his eight years as Veep.
Via The Washington Free Beacon, “Harris: Biden Would Make a ‘Great Running Mate’—as Vice President”:
Sen. Kamala Harris (D., Calif.) said during a press conference in New Hampshire on Wednesday that fellow 2020 presidential contender Joe Biden would make a great pick for vice president, a role Biden already filled from 2009 to 2017.
Harris’s comment came in response to a question asking if she was tired of being labeled “the perfect running mate” by her competitors.
“If people want to speculate about running mates, I encourage that, because I think that Joe Biden would be a great running mate,” Harris, responded. “As vice president, he’s proven that he knows how to do the job.”
Harris added that there’s “certainly a lot of other candidates that would make, for me, a very viable and interesting vice president,” according to a report from CNN.
Earlier this week, members of the Congressional Black Caucus pitched a Biden-Harris team as the “dream ticket” for 2020, which prompted speculation that the two might run together with Harris as vice president.

During her rise from obscurity to become a national figure, Harris was tabbed by some as the “female Obama” and you can probably forgive Sleepy Joe if he’s experiencing a certain feeling of deja vu right about now.
Some would make the point that the “dream ticket” could quickly morph into the nightmare ticket if Biden is the bottom man on a Harris presidential campaign because it would serve to remind millions of voters of exactly how miserable that the Obama years really were.
