This is actually pretty funny. Liberals are giddy that the Dalai Lama said that President Trump is lacking in moral principal, but they missed the rest of what he said. The top Buddhist also had a message for Europe, saying they should send all of the Muslims and Africans back to their home countries. In order for liberals to take the Dalai Lama’s statement about Trump, they also have to absorb his racism and Islamophobia, which is bound to cause a rash.
The Dalai Lama did an interview with the BBC and was extremely butthurt that Trump hasn’t invited him to Mar-A-Lago for some golf. No seriously, a big part of this interview is about how upset he is that Trump hasn’t met with him. Then, like a vengeful ex, the Dalai Lama lashed out:
In a scathing assessment, he said the 45th president’s time in office was defined by a “lack of moral principle”, a contrast to remarks made in 2016 when he said he had “no worries” about a Trump presidency.
“When he became president he expressed America first. That is wrong,” said the Dalai Lama.
The withdrawal from the Paris climate accord and the migrant crisis are two big areas of concern. “When I saw pictures of some of those young children, I was sad,” he said of the situation at the US-Mexico border. “America… should take a global responsibility.”
Pay attention to all of that stuff because it will become import very soon.
There is a lot of glee among liberals for what the Dalai Lama said. Kind of like when Pope Francis gives President Trump crap for enforcing US immigration law. The Dalai Lama however wasn’t quite done talking about immigration and had this to say about Europe:
In a speech last year he said that refugees to the European Union should ultimately return home, adding that “Europe is for Europeans”, a statement he stood by when I challenged him on it.
“European countries should take these refugees and give them education and training, and the aim is return to their own land with certain skills,” said the Dalai Lama.
The Dalai Lama believes the end game should be to rebuild the countries people have fled. But with some 70 million people displaced across the world according to the latest figures, what if people want to stay?
“A limited number is OK, but the whole of Europe [will] eventually become Muslim country, African country – impossible,” the Dalai Lama said.
Yeah, he pretty much just yelled “Go back to Africa!”
Now I’m a little confused here. He says Europe is for Europeans, but thinks Trump lacks moral character for being “America first.” The Dalai Lama says Europe should send all the Muslims and Africans back, but thinks it’s sad Trump won’t open up the borders and let every scumbag on the planet flood the US.
Liberal websites The Huffington Post, Mediate, and The Hill all gleefully reported how the Dalai Lama slammed Trump’s morals, but not one of them also mentioned what he said about Muslims and Africans. Fake News by omission.
